We had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while but had trouble finding the time since we’re rarely downtown anymore. We went on a Saturday and the wait to order was pretty quick. We were able to peruse the menu while waiting so we were happy about that, since there were a number of options including some daily specials. ordered the Portobello plate and a bowl of the sweet potato soup. Still one of my favorite places to eat. I don’t live in Asheville any more, but am down for the weekend and I’ve been twice! All vegan, all the time. Wonderful place who have done a lot of wonderful things for the community. Updated from previous review on 2026-02-16

Good lunch with vegan options. We had the chili cheese fries and got some dessert snacks togo. Friendly service and a clean facility with wifi and toilets on premise. Good luck with parking. You order at the counter and get your own water and silverware. They also prefer that you bus your own tables as well. Updated from previous review on 2026-02-14
