This is a hotel restaurant, very much a hotel vibe with guests walking through the dining area. We arrived for a Sunday lunch reservation, limited brunch menu was available. The food was not good and the pictures of this restaurant's food do not come close to what was served to us. There is no ambience. This restaurant is fine for a standard hotel breakfast or if you're a hotel guest and want convenience food. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you have to eat here has a hotel guest.

Three ladies out for Sunday Brunch. We love the locally sourced foods. Everything was delicious and the live guitar music was very pleasant to hear. The food was reasonably priced. I had a Bloody Mary and a fried chicken sandwich with fries. Yum! Also, shout out to service. Great wait staff.

Same review, different dinner. Food was excellent. service was good. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took forever. Actually,it worked for us... but just don't understand it. So why do we keep coming? The food. It is very good. Crab Cake - amazing, and I am from Maryland.... Short ribs, outstanding, and corn crab soup flavorful. I am very picky, hubs is even pickier, and we drive over30 minutes to eat here. Short on ambiance, slow kitchen, ok service... Go for the food .

We had a delicious meal at Fork Lore. It is a nice quiet restaurant which is hard to find these days. There is a bar area with a TV. Our crab cakes were good with lots of crab meat.

Excellent food and service. Great cocktails. The brussels sprouts and hot pimento cheese dip were delicious starters. Entrees were braised beef, crabcakes and salmon. All outstanding. We will be back!

The restaurant was not particularly busy. Service was still slow. A couple of errors on food requests. Food was decent. I booked for a birthday dinner and was underwhelmed.

Overall, great experience. The food was delicious and the service from Clara was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised for a hotel restaurant.

Keeping in mind, this is a hotel, atmosphere is what you would expect from a hotel lobby and bar. However, if you go, skip the Chicken Pot Pie. Given the. marketing of this place, I expected much more. The dish is more accurately a potato pot pie with a few bits of chicken, a few carrots, peas and a lot of salt. I did not eat much of it. I brought it home and the next day I added,
some roasted chicken and veggies. My friends burger was not cooked as he had ordered. The place was not busy so they could do much, much better.

Good menu with varied entrees, good quality food and solid service. Overall good value. Wish the decor was better, looks and feels like what it is which is a plain vanilla hotel restaurant.

Had reservations. Was seated promptly but never saw a server. We sat and waited 25 minutes before deciding to get up and walk out walking right passed the hostess stand with 3 workers propped up on the stand talking and in their phones who never looked up. Walked out and over to Market 131 (I believe is the correct name just next to the theatre) and had the best, prompt, super competent service by Kayla and an outstanding mouthwatering meal.

This restaurant is connected to the Hilton hotel, but it is incredible in its own right. We go out of our way to stay at the Hilton specifically for this restaurant- we try different dishes every time and they never fail to delight. They have a great variety of fresh, local products, great service, and reasonable pricing for what you get. Definitely recommend if you are in the Asheville area.

Our first time dining at Fork Lore and it was a great choice! Our waitress was a delight, sharing her personal favorites and we made our choices from there. My husband and I both had the trout grilled with just salt and pepper which came with a refreshing slaw on top. So delicious!! I chose asparagus and glazed carrots as my sides and was delighted. My husband chose asparagus and potatoes and was quite happy. For dessert, we shared a piece of carrot cake and it was the perfect ending!! I highly recommend this establishment!!

OMG! You know when you have that memorable meal that you know you'll talk about for years to come?.... We experienced 2 back to back on consecutive nights. We were working in Asheville and we're too exhausted to leave the Hotel so we figured we'd give it a shot. It was so good we came back the 2nd night and ate something different. I can't really choose which meal was the best. This is so rare nowadays. When the food is this good, you don't question the cost. Each night, with wine, it was less than $130. Amazing. Thanks Andrew, you were great!
