I attended a Women & Wine networking event at Rustic Grape and loved every second of it. Walking in, I felt immediately at ease in this cozy space tucked into the heart of downtown. The owners, Melissa and Patty, are the most wonderful hosts and treat each guest who walks through their door to a warm welcome that makes everyone feel at home. I'll definitely be holding my own girls nights here!

Love this wine bar! Allie was very knowledgeable about the wines that she served me, she made me feel comfortable and the tasty Tuesday wine flight was amazing. She was the cherry on top of my day. This place is a gem

Cute little spot off the busy main road in Downtown Asheville. Great selection of wines at reasonable prices. They also offer some small plates and snacks. We popped in to warm up and grab a glass of wine and I'm sure glad we did! I wasn't expecting too much but I was actually having trouble choosing which wine I wanted because they were carrying several varietals that I like. I got the half bottle of Cotes Du Rhone Blanc (2017). This lovely wine from the south of France is a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Clariette and Roussane. I recommend it if you enjoy a more dry white blend with citrus forward notes and a peachy-apricot flavor. The service was good and the ambiance was also nice! I enjoyed spending an hour here to warm up and hang out. Would love to revisit next time I am in town.

Cozy wine bar with a great selection and a commitment to Asheville locals. Loved the NYE event!

Excellent wine bar. Alternative rock and modern folk music played on the speakers the entire time we were there setting the stage for a casual ambiance. Seating options consist of the bar, a long table in the middle of the room, and a long bench behind intermittent small tables with about a dozen or so pillows scattered over the bench. The wine is not too expensive, so overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Rustic Grape Wine Bar.

I live an hour away in Spartanburg and brought a friend from Maryland to check out this place. We LOVED it. So welcoming and the moscato and cider is the bomb. The service and friendship made it even better! I will be back!

Phenomenal wine, the best service! Loved the atmosphere of Rustic Grape. Owner Melissa was extremely knowledgeable of the wine, had the best recommendations. Food was impeccable, if you get “The Southern” you will not be disappointed. The warm biscuits are what dreams are made of! Yummy!!!

Such a nice little spot that is slightly off the touristy streets. Local feel and you can chat with the owners. Wide variety of everything from dry white to bold and sweet. There are various puzzles laying around. Tuesday has a wine flight special. I’m guessing there are other specials during the week. Has WiFi. ;)

Locals love this place. In Downtown Asheville it's a must try. It's more than a wine bar but an experience. For samples... try a flight you can sample 3 or 6 wines. Lastly try the chips... sprinkled a hint of rosemary, thyme, and best of all Truffle Oil.
