I order take out from here mostly. I think they give a lot of food for a fair price and their ingredients seem to be really fresh. I found a toothpick in my steak/shrimp plate. I pulled it out and threw it away. I'm sure one dropped in because they have toothpicks by the line to hand out samples. I continued to eat my food till I felt something strange in my mouth. Apparently a piece of cardboard fell in my food too. It sucks this happened because I love the flavor of their food. I don't if I'll be ordering from here as much

This is my favorite restaurant by far. Don’t let it being in a mall food court fool you, the fried rice is perfect, the meat is perfect, and one $14 order can easily be split into two meals. The customer service is also phenomenal. Even if I’m having a horrible day, the woman who usually works the front always makes me smile.

I LOVE this place SO much! Never disappoints. A bit pricey, but it is actually worth it.
Can be pricey, but hands down is the best teriyaki chicken in Asheville. Far better than ichiban asaka and yoshida's Express. The lo mein noodles we're perfectly hydrated and the chicken is cut in a way for maximum flavor. The teriyaki sauce is the best I've ever had. I don't know why this place is under 5 stars but I'm not going to lie this is the best food on the planet. I'm never disappointed. My only gripe would be that you have to pay extra for white sauce and it could be a little cheaper but the food taste and quality blows everything else out of the water. A++. If you want the best Japanese you have ever had. eat here

Terrible experience. There so busy they can’t keep up with anything then proceed to take peoples orders. Literally waited 30 minutes and still didn’t get my food. After complaining I asked for a refund JASON proceeded to say to give him my receipt when they don’t give out receipts so please make this make sense. I been a to so many places like this and this one has just been the worse. I don’t recommend to anyone and would love for the main person of contact to reach out to me asap. This is just honestly unacceptable.

This is one of the worst places I’ve been to will never ever come back, chicken is chewy, no flavor for the veggie’s or noodles, spent $54 for 3 people, our plates were the $9.50 special of the day and asked for our drinks we told him and he never gave them to us, said it wasn’t on HIS receipt, very very disappointed
