The guy waited on me was Sweating so bad that I thought he was sick. I got the Pepperoni Stromboli it was so dry and Barely had any pepperoni In it. Not worth the money. I use to love this place but I think I am done.

Sbarro at Asheville Mall in Asheville is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful pizza, sides, and much more. I really like the way everything is prepared here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

I take reviews seriously. So giving a one star is not something i tend to do. Sbarro should take extra time when it comes to hiring. The management has made my visit very unpleasant. I find it difficult to reach someone to talk about my visit so this review is a last resort in hopes that the company can reach out to me to go into further detail. This site itself is a place i highly encourage everyone to avoid. If you want your money's worth, good customer service, better go somewhere else. This place doesn't provide that. I am really upset about the way i was treated. And highly disappointed. I expected better. ?

The food has definitely improved over the years. I recommend the pizza for sure. The employees aren’t very helpful though as much as I hate to say it, I wasn’t able to hear them very well and they were rude to me due to that issue. Decent food, poor choice in staff members.
