We were here for a Drag brunch and had so much fun. The performers were wonderfully talented, the bartenders and staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. I believe it was catered by Biscuit Head. There was some minor trouble with the mics cutting in and out, but other than that, it was a great show!
There is plenty of free parking in front of this gay club. The club is in excellent shape and well organized. The security is excellent, and they will check your bag for weapons and other illegal things. There is a store in the club that sells #Lgbtqiaplus related stuff. The dance floor is extremely big and wide. There are two bars in this club, and the best drink to have here is called liquid marijuana. There is a full bar here with liquor and great beer selection. I’ve been to scandals many times and I gotta say it’s my favorite club in Asheville, although I went there yesterday night and the man in the red shirt working in the little gift shop area was extremely disrespectful to me as a trans man. He referred to me as “she” many times after me and my friends kept correcting him and then he asked to take our picture then told me “I did a great job of not looking like a man” after he asked my friends, and I quote, “ITS a man??”...
