Chile… I would give 5 stars… but…Sonic gotta do better. Every single time I pull up to that drive-thru, it feel like I’m aging in real time. I don’t know what’s goin’ on back there, but the service is EXTREMELY slow. I’m talkin’ wait-20-minutes-for-a-slush slow.

The food be hittin’ sometimes, but the whole point of fast food is FAST. If I wanted to sit around forever, I would’ve gone to a sit-down restaurant. They really need more staff or a better system, because this ain’t it.

Do better, Sonic. I’m tired. 🫩

Service seems to depend on when you go. If your having lunch, then the employees are friendly and the orders are made correctly. If your having dinner, it is recommended to check your order before you leave. There have been several times the night-time employees have forgotten food. Other times the employees are rude.

They rebuilt this Sonic, and while I probably visit a Sonic twice a year, I had high hopes that this new-looking location would be good. Not the case. The food quality is worse than the one on Tunnel Rd. and they didn’t give me marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. I will drive the extra 2 miles to the Tunnel Rd. Sonic in another year, when I feel like eating garbage.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger deluxe meal and this is what I was given. I even mentioned no pickles or mustard and as seen there is both these things here. My fries and mozzarella sticks were also both cold and this burger was completely not what I ordered and as seen it has bugs on it. This restaurant is unsanitary and gross and can’t seem to get orders right. I had to close my office and go back here to ask for it to be done right and when brought back I was only offered the burger, and the bacon on it was under cooked and flappy. Like what the heck is going on with this place. Someone needs to fix this. Someone can get sick and going to have many pissed off customers and get shut down by health inspectors.

No matter when you go or what you order your order is always messed up always double check your order I know they hire a lot of kids but someone needs to make sure food is being sent out correct the food was good it's just always bagged wrong or missing something.

Edit to add: since the response to my review is clearly from a bot, I have a question. Is it the policy of this Sonic to make the Sonic Blast a plan vanilla ice cream with a small handful of nuts and chocolates sprinkled on top, or is there supposed to be stuff mixed into it?

The worst ice cream experience, so disappointing. I ordered a Sonic Blast and it has a small handful of nuts and chocolate pieces on the top, and NOTHING else in it. Nothing mixed in, just a large cup of plain vanilla ice cream. I will never go back, and do not recommend this place at all.

I ordered the new Pickle Burger from Sonic and really enjoyed it until I discovered half of a habanero (seeds and all) hidden inside the burger. It wasn’t listed as an ingredient, and when I called the location, the employee confirmed they don’t use habaneros in anything on the menu.

All I got was a quick, dismissive “Sorry, have a good day.” No explanation???

Whether it was a mistake or something worse, it felt intentional and really concerning. Totally ruined the experience

This place is incredibly slow. Ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito while I watched cars that came after me get their food and leave and I was still waiting. Had to call the restaurant and ask what’s going on and if I need to cancel my order.

Stopped by for some milkshakes because we like their versions. Wife got the peanut butter (extra PB) and said it was just how she likes it. I got the banana. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even Brodey (our dog) got a small ice cream. Great place.

This is still one of the cheapest places to get a combo meal with a wide variety of choices. The app is very easy to use, and I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes once I get there and check in before our food comes out. I love their desserts, and they have probably the best strawberry shake I've had in a while.

I don't go to Sonic's because of bad food. Someone told me their smash burgers at this location were good. Unfortunately, I tried it. It was inedible. It looked like they cleaned their grill off into my burger along with a deadly amount of salt. So, for lunch, I got to eat some tater tots and a few sips of sweat tea for $13.00. I feel like my money was stolen. NEVER AGAIN.
