The manager was very accommodating and helpful. I was in search of a "been there" mug and she was kind to offer us the new one that just came out but wasn't on the shelf yet. So I bought both!!

I don't really like going to this location. It's clean and rarely crowded, but my mocha frappuccino often has a hint of strawberry taste. I don't know why and they can't explain it. I once had them remake my drink twice and it still tasted of strawberry.They're not usually happy to be there, or at least, they all seem down. I realize you're young and at work and you'd rather be elsewhere, but I'm not asking you to entertain me. But a smile would be nice. Is that too much to ask for these days??

I stopped by for a coffe and there was only 1 barista working. Her name was Tamia. She had the best smile and customer service! She needs a raise. She said everyone had quit and she was alone.Best Coffee I ever had!!
