This location is rarely stocked with what they need to make basic menu items. The staff is incredibly immature and unprofessional. Most seem to have some relation, whether family or friend of family, to the “manager,” so there are obviously never repercussions. Even in the event that they threaten customers.
I will not be supporting this location and I encourage you all from doing so, as well.

Google Maps led me to this Starbucks, which was located inside an Ingle's grocery store. It was well staffed with 3 people, and the customers seem to come at a slow but steady rate. The ambiance or atmosphere is that of sitting inside a grocery store. 😐

Please change your closing time if you are going to close at 7 when it says you're open until 9! Thanks. ??? Tried to come last night because it says OPEN UNTIL 9 PM, and I arrived at 7 there was no one in the store or in the parking lot.

It has been years since I enjoyed Starbucks coffee ☕. I can't justify paying over $5 for "coffee" very often, even though it was a cafe mocha.

On Dec 24, at exactly 4:00, everyone was asked to leave immediately without a 5 or 10 min warning. Having walked there in neg wind chill temperatures, I politely asked if I could please stay for 5 mins to finish my hot cocoa and warm up and they said no. I assumed they had to wipe and sanitize counters…. Plus, most restaurants allow you to finish your meal or drink. I was told that I had to leave immediately and finish outside in the freezing open air tent that had useless heater. I was dumb founded. Needless to say, I will not be back!!!! Merry Christmas and may Santa leave you a lump of coal in your stocking!!!!
