Absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. Whether you are in the drive-through or go in to order. Today makes more than once that I had to wait at least 15 minutes for a drip coffee. There was only three other people inside the store. #sloths

My Barista tonight Tom was prompt and courteous when I explained that my dog had knocked over most of my chestnut praline latte and rushed to help me get a new one! They were close to closing down but made sure i got my favorite latte quickly and made right!

Still waiting for my drink after 30 minutes, but the Barista had no problem getting a drink for her friend who walked in 20 minutes after us.
This reminds me of why I avoid Starbucks.

I ordered a coffee online and it was ready when I walked in to get it, but I wanted to use the restroom so I asked two different employees for a restroom code and they refuse to give it to me because I didn’t order something at the counter, even though my coffee was literally sitting on the counter.

Waited in the drive thru line for a half hour today. I usually try to avoid this one, definitely have gotten some watery lattes here and there wait is often longer than other places.

This has to be slowest Starbucks I have ever encountered! Every time I am in line here it takes forever!! Employees are nice, coffee is great, but entirely too slow!
