Nice Starbucks in a grocery store. Unfortunately the barista seemed distracted and I’m sure no chocolate actually made it into my mocha. We were the only customers and one of our 3 drinks was forgotten. When we waited she asked if there was a problem…we had to point at the cup waiting for the 3rd drink to be made. If you’re going to clock in, then be ready to work and not distracted by your phone. Perk up people, you work at a coffee shop!

Typical grocery store Starbucks, we stop here often when traveling though to Asheville or beyond. Food drinks and staff are usually good.

Ordered online, frozen drink had started melting by the time we got it, cake pop flavors were wrong and staff was short with us and not the usual Starbucks friendly. Maybe they were busy but we had a lame experience this time.

Not a lot of Starbucks have been able to wow me, but this one has and more! The baristas are really nice (Shoutout to Soul, Madrianna, and Julio!) and are super creative with what they have to make drinks (The cherry chai and Swamp Water are both delicious). The place is super clean, a 99 last time I checked. The place was doing really bad before the new manager came in, but it's been improving exponentially!

My friend used her Starbucks membership. At first, they couldn't accept it, saying it was only valid in corporate stores. Later, they allowed us to use a saved gift card. However, they gave us the wrong order with an extra charged shot. The green tea latte tasted extremely watered down, unlike any other Starbucks I've tried. Quite disappointing, to be honest.

Our Barista was very good and the drinks were delicious. It is in the Ingles so atmosphere was minimal.
