Worst place to get coffee they always mess up my order and the staff is not friendly. I would not recommend coming here seriously you are better off going to the gas station to get coffee or McDonald's. This establishment needs a makeover with new professional employees..

Slooooow. So slow in the mornings its ridiculous. No sticks in the drinks so they spill. This location has been getting worse. First time I've seen a coffee shop that's an inconvenience to go to. Maybe a new management will help or someone who knows how the window should operate.

I only give it a low score because of their new General Manager :/. I believe they just got someone new in, and he was the one who made my drink. I used to work for the company, and as I watched him make it, he did make it correctly (had to ask if he put the sweet cream in it, he didn’t, so he happily put it in the drink for me). But the nitro cold brew tasted old, grainy, and burnt. I get a nitro almost everytime I’m in, and I couldn’t even finish it it tasted so bad. I don’t think it was really his fault, maybe the cold brew keg they used was old, but the quality control def wasn’t there. And unfortunately for them, it HAD to be their manager who made it, and it was a lackluster job of it One more note. From the outside, the store actually ran pretty well without a manager. I hope this was a fluke and this works out well for the store, as it’s the one closest to my house, and I do really like the people who work there.

Terrible experience, this was my go to Starbucks for months now and I just had the worst service that will make me never return. The person taking my order ended with are you done. And then when I got to the window to get my food and drinks i got 3/4 things I ordered and then they let me sit there for 2 minutes before saying “what are you waiting for” in a rude tone after explaining I was missing a sandwich they just walked away and came back a minute later and said I don’t have that sandwich for you do you want to order it now? Like no my other food is getting cold and my drinks are getting hot. Disappointing:/

Waited for drink for over 20 minutes

Totally prioritized the drive through customers this morning. We sat and waited close to 30 minutes inside for two cups of coffee and a bagel. Why should the indoor customers have to wait? Also when they finally sat down the 2 cups of coffee on the counter, they didn’t even call out our name or what the drinks were. Also, they didn’t even apologize for the wait We are from out of town, but if I was local, I wouldn’t be coming back here.

My barista was this tiny lil bean named Chel who did a very good job. I recommend this location to everyone.
If i could leave a 0 star i wold because all i wanted was a small empty cup for my toddler to put his drink in and they were very rude and asked me to buy something before I can get the cup and nothing is cheep in that place still made me buy a useless $7 drink

Had the most amazing experience at the Starbucks drive-through thanks to Ivy! She made my morning with her awesome attitude and amazing sense of humor! I don’t come to Starbucks often but ivy recommended me drinks and made sure I was delighted by what I ended up receiving, she was so attentive to detail! Give that girl a raise! I will be coming back to this Starbucks just for the great service.

This is the most unwelcome place I've been to. The staff didnt even acknowledged us when we walked in Didn't even respond when my kids asked for the code to the bathroom. Given that there was no other customer at the time. I came up and had to ask twice before he mumbled the code. Didn't even lookup when he gave the code. I wouldn't recommend this location

Went in to use the bathroom in uniform (not that it really should matter), but they refused to let me use it because I wasn't a 'customer.' I was there to use the nearby bank. What's happened to this sort of the country?
