While I love Starbucks. This Starbucks is not for Nomads or Flex Workers. If the internet is important to you, you will need to go somewhere else. At the time of writing this, I was the only one here. The internet is on a limiter, preventing you from opening basic webpages, reading emails, or downloading attachments from clients. There is another Starbucks or a Pan Bread Place just 10 minutes away.

I think most of the bad reviews are people mistakenly thinking they are reviewing the free standing Starbucks down the road. This location inside ingles has an amazing staff.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. This is the worst starbucks in the asheville arden area I would not recommend anybody go here. If you want good starbucks go down to the ingles by chickfila. I go to starbucks every day and this one has progressively gotten worse and worse to the point every time I go there I pay $6 for a coffee that is undrinkable. I will not be going here anymore

Good morning today is 4/15/21 my morning started of dropping my truck off at the Kenworth dealership here in Asheville NC I am a professional CDL driver I had the opportunity throughout my travels to various restaurants, truck stops, cafe's and diner's which brings me to the point while my truck was in the shop I decided to walk to get me something to eat I went into starbucks to get me a latte I discovered my phone wasn't charged and asked the starbucks associates is it possible if I could sit in a certain section to charge my phone, due to covid-19 I'm aware of some of the restrictions there were tables that was closed off I saw two different tables with laptops out and open and other ppl utilizing the tables some were not dressed as associates except one after observing this I was informed the only section I was allowed to sit in was the patio outside I'm professional well dressed neatly I feel this conduct was unprofessional while I shouldn't have to mention this I am a black female but I thought all lives matter...... truckers support meA. Really like this Starbucks. Its drive thru and is much better then the one on Patton ave. If you go to Patton be prepared to wait 20 min for your drink, whereas here 5 min and you're out.

This is a new establishment with people trying to make a living during a pandemic. Even with all that they did a great job on my order! Can’t wait until the dining room is open so I can see what all has been done inside!

This is absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!! They were operating as drive thru only and did not turn off online ordering and would not answer the door or answer the phone to explain to me the situation. I proceeded to wait in the drive thru for over a half an hour. When I finally asked to speak to a manager at the window she wasn’t helpful or apologetic at all. This location is a Joke!
