The only reason it’s not a one is because the employee was very nice. However the coffee i ordered was a shaken espresso that yet again tasted incredibly burnt. I keep thinking it’s a one time thing but clearly it isn’t. These drinks are not cheap so I’d like to be able to enjoy it.

After a long road trip, all I wanted was a venti macchiato. The person that took my order patronized me and explained what a macchiato was and that it didn’t come in venti size. “A macchiato is a little bit of espresso and cream. Sounds like you want a latte.” She said “we can put it in a venti cup but there’s going to be a lot of space.” I don’t need no one mansplaining macchiatos to me. I get them all the time. Anyway I drove away with 2 sips of a macchiato in a tall cup and a bad mood.

Baristas can be rude and condescending when I choose not to tip. Starbucks should consider removing the tipping option to make customers more comfortable when ordering.
