Asked for a drink upside down and the man literally argued with me told me that’s the way to drink already comes but they wasn’t gonna do it and then didn’t ask me what size I wanted or anything told me to pull to the window super unprofessional when I got to the window he was like is this what it looks like and I said I guess he hands me the drink takes my card and then tells me here to leave a tip and I didn’t leave a tip because he was super rude and then he turns and looked at his coworker and says wow she didn’t even tip me 100% going to a different one next time!

So I walk in during a slow moment for this crew of 5 or 6, and not a single one even acknowledged me, including the manager. Who I might add walled the entire front line, like he was walking a fashion runway. Hello, I am here. Does anybody see me??
By far the nicest Starbucks crew I have ever come across. They’re always so happy and friendly whenever I stop by in the morning before work. A great start to my day, coffee is consistently good too!

Can't even use the restroom for longer than five minutes without being threatened to be removed from the bathroom by security. Absolutely sad. Pathetic can't even poop without two different employees knocking on the door. Hope this Starbucks goes out of

I am so aggregated with the barista who served me a drink dripping profusely . It's absolutely unacceptable..then he giggles and says oh "I'm sorry" and jams it down in another cup! Never going back to this location...first and last time there.
