lol ive spent 100s of dollars here and I couldn't get a cup of water on a hot day passing through. amazing lol. this is why I need to stop supporting chains lol

I am not one to complain but I am getting very frustrated at the service that I keep receiving on Sundays roughly around 6pm. I put in orders online 10 minutes in advance and instead end up waiting another 5 to 10 minutes consistently on Sundays roughly around. So I find it unacceptable for someone to have to put in their order 15 to 20 minutes on the Starbucks mobile app. I will be going to another Starbucks location on Sundays around this time for a cold iced coffee specialty drink.

i love starbucks big fan. and literally this starbucks is the worst starbucks ever go out of my way 30 minutes to go to the one in hendo to avoid this. they never have the food i want (once i went through 5+ items before we landed on something they had everything else they were out of). they make bad drinks and half the time i drive there during business hours and they’ve closed for the day. i understand they were closed briefly for the hurricane but this has happened prior to and since their reopening. i believe today they were closed because we had an inch of snow fall on friday night. half of its melted now and it’s sunday morning. i wish they’d get their shit together because it’s 2 minutes from my house and super convenient

If Starbucks is at all about experience and atmosphere, this location fails miserably. It is already a small location but it is always cluttered with boxes and trash cardboard. It is not very welcoming and the clutter makes it a poor place to set in.
I see a review that this is the best location in NC. It’s not even the best location on that road. I argue it’s the worst in Asheville.

Plenty of parking available. We went inside instead of the drive thru. Staff was friendly and our drinks came out well. The store was clean and there was a good amount of seating available.

Lady with red or pink short hair. Works the drive thru is not polite and goes out of her way to try and intimidate customer. Says, thank you after getting tipped but, gives you the nastiest look. She is a bully. My opinion is she shouldn't be working the drive thru. Usually people are super friendly that work the drive thru at Starbucks. Makes you not want to go back. Too bad. I love Starbucks.
