I have never experienced a more unorganized poorly run Starbucks. I understand covid is a factor but they were more worried about taking their breaks then clearing out the line of 16 people that had been waiting for 20+ minutes. Absurd.

I’ve been in this Starbucks a handful of times and have to say it’s amazing. No matter how many people are line, the employees always take the time to personalize the experience and not rush you through the line. Today we were provided over the top customer service! Don was amazed that all 4 generations walked through the door! He told my kids jokes (even thought they didn’t understand, they laughed anyway!) He was so patient while they selected their cake pops and even offered them water since it was a hot day. And to top it off, he offered to take a picture of all 5 of us. We don’t get together often, so I’m grateful for this picture and the experience we had today! I’m really not a Starbucks fan, but this will make a repeat customer! Thank you, Don!

Sat there while the woman helped everyone and when the store was clear, she finally put my bagel in the toaster. I reminded her I also ordered a water, and she sat there and stared at me. Worst experience ever.

I love this Starbucks! Kristen and Kim always remember me by name and know exactly what my drink of choice is and have it ready for me by the time I get to the counter to pay! Wonderful place and great people!!

Sweet cashier today at 4:18pm with brown hair and blue shirt was so helpful. I got an email for a promotion and she informed me I needed the app she was very patient with me and it took me ever to download app while I help up the line and she honored my discount since it was taking forever. Thank you sweet lady!

My wife, a few friends, and I went to the Asheville outlets yesterday. It was a very brisk day, misty/rainy all day, so what better way to warm up than with a Starbucks coffee. Friendly staff, quick service, and wonderfully sweet, hot coffee. Nothing better on a cold rainy day!
