12/6 8:20 pm. A wonderful woman finished greeting me and began preparing my 2 sandwiches. Her coworker came out of the back and met me with a kind fist bump. As a local in post hurricane Asheville, this was an incredibly grounding and heartwarming experience. I think both of these people deserve the best.

Ordered a 6 foot sub on Friday for pickup on Saturday; it was excellent. You have to give 24 hour notice for a sub that large. The Manager was very helpful with the ordering and even helped me get it in my car.

The absolute worst food poisoning I ever got in my life was after eating at this subway in 2018. I know it was 6 years ago but I remember it like it was yesterday. I got so sick I had to pull over on the interstate and call my wife to come pick me up from the side of the road because I couldn't stop dry heaving. It came out both ends and I ended up ruining my pants. In hind sight I should have gone to the ER.

My order wasn't correct so when I went back with the receipt the gal at the counter argued and gave attitude as she was making my order again. As I got home I realized she still didn't make one of my items correct. I can't wait till people takpride in their jobs again

I have never been more disgusted and appalled by a person in customer service than I was today by the red and black haired immature brat behind the subway counter. She is rude. Unhelpful. She has NO customer service ability whatsoever. She doesn't greet people. AND she swore at a customer in front of me today. she should be fired and the managers in charge should be reprimanded for even having her on staff. That girl isn't the face of the company and should be fired because of it.Also There was dried blood on the bathroom sink, mirror, and bathroom door. That is utterly disgusting. I have no idea how this restaurant has passed any form of health inspection.This location is a hot mess and you need to stay away from it like the plague that it is. I WILL be contacting management in the morning.
