I’ve ordered from this location now twice within a week and it’s the same mediocre quality. Bread is stale. Instructions are never followed. Subs didn’t even come cut. The other subways follow standards and cars, this one does not.

Isaiah took my order and was friendly, professional and nice. I chatted with him about the beautiful changing of colors of the trees, we visited family in Asheville September 15th, 2025. This was at 3:28 p.m.. we're from Austin, Texas and do not have the beautiful changing colors. Our food was very fresh. The sandwich was delicious and made perfectly. Thank you, Rose

Cold line very dirty. Worker seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and also didn’t change gloves after being on the computer. Produce looked abysmal. Worker put nasty wilted mushy spinach on my sandwich. About what you would expect from a subway. Nothing about this place is fresh.

Our family pulled up to get out it’s not 9:30. The employees ran to turn off the light and lock the door. My mom is on Oxygen and we was having to get her another tank. This was rude of a bunch of childish kids. I am very disappointed in todays youth.

It's 8:50 pm I pull up two cars my wife two kids mother in law and father in law we get out the open light is still on as we fix my mother in laws oxygen tank they quickly came running to the door knowing we're coming in to eat lock tye door and turn off the open sign I'm diabetic and have not eaten today not only did this put me in a crappy mood but it also peeved off my wife. This kind of treatment is juvenile and lazy it's a total crock of crap they watched us pull up n start getting out you would think people like getting paid but nope they would rather close early n screw people out of eating.....
