View was amazing! Service was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary dessert and champagne. Food was just good for the price tag. Don't get me wrong we enjoyed it, but with the price it should be some of the best food I've ever had and it wasn't. It was overall a good experience.

My wife and I have been coming to the Grove Park inn for over 30 years. We've stayed there, hosted meetings there and just plain visit and have lunch or dinner. Recently, you've changed your rules on parking. I've heard many people comment that they feel that the $12 charge is excessive especially in light of the fact that they were eating lunch or dinner. Several of the people we've talked to have indicated they will not go back and others have said that they will continue to visit the Grove Park inn but will not be buying drinks lunch or dinner. Seems like you're $12 charge may not be the best business decision. I'm not suggesting you change your policy of one free hour, but I feel that if a couple is spending between 50 and $100 for lunch or even more expensive a dinner, that it would be appropriate to waive the parking charge. Seems to me it would be a small price to pay to retain loyal customers and attract new clients.

I had a wonderful experience. We were celebrating my Birthday at lunch. Our waitress was friendly attentive and thoughtful. We had the charcuterie board to start. Delicious only negatives were the sweet pickles. I ordered the chicken skillet meal it was good but lacked flavor. The chicken was juicy but bland. Overall a great experience and I will return.

Beautiful views. Fantastic service. High quality food. They have a simple menu and focus on providing quality. We were happy with the portion sizes. Yes, it is expensive, but worth the experience if you want a mountain view and guaranteed good food at the historic Omni GPI.

Items on the menu weren't as expected. A lot of the items on the menu weren't available. A lot of items were brought to the table that we did not order but were charged for. The manager approached us in an inappropriate way.

Everything was great. Atmosphere was awesome. Beautiful view and worth the visit. My steak I had sent back twice and third time still was pink. The waiter was overly helpful and tried his best but they just kept bringing it back pink and not even medium well like I asked. More rare in some spots. Other then that it was a little over priced for not that good of a steak and no flavor. The sides weren't that great either. It's like they Tried to be fancy with stuff but I should have just ordered the hamburger and fries. They comped my meal when I asked the third time to cook it more but I just went ahead and ate half of it. Like I said not very tastefull but I'd give them another chance on a hamburger. Just not the steaks.
We really enjoyed this beautiful restaurant. Such a gorgeous resort with breathtaking views. We were a bit disappointed that they were not serving the regular dinner menu because they will be closing for the winter season so we had basically the lunch menu but everything was still amazing and the service was great. So glad we cancelled our reservation at another restaurant to try this place. We will be back.

We didn't have a bad meal or experience the entire weekend at the Grove Park Inn. The portions and taste of our meals was over the top! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the staff on property were outstanding!
