Cool little place! Split one of the vanilla sandwiches because it was so big! The ice cream was great and the cookies were soft and delicious! Friendly staff as well. Will be back from TN!

Absolutely obsessed! Stopped here 3/3 days in Asheville. The ice cream cookie sandwiches are phenomenal. Incredible flavor profiles, both classic and unique. The hold up wonderfully for an ice cream sandwich, staying soft and making for a delightful treat. Must try if you’re looking for a sweet treat!

Delicious! My group had two ice cream cookie sandwiches. Cookies were perfect softness and ice cream was rich and tasty. Was in Asheville for a week and this was first or second for best purchased food.

I dont know how they do it but theyve perfected the cookie ice cream sandwich. The slightly softer cookie texture serves as the perfect vessel such that the ice cream doesnt immediately shart out the sides when you take a bite. The cookies and the ice cream are consistently top tier on their own but together they achieve S-tier status.

Stopped by this little shop after walking around downtown Asheville for awhile. We ordered both their cookie ice cream sandwich and their scooped ice cream. Their seasonal pumpkin flavor was delicious! They offer vegan options as well, and some small businesses around the area even sell some of their cookie ice cream sandwiches. The store was very cozy with unique architecture and the staff was friendly.

My husband and I were lucky enough to have Sunshine Sammies as our dessert vendor for our wedding. Everyone RAVED about the ice cream sandwiches. We had a variety of flavors (including a vegan one) and all were delicious. I would definitely recommend them for a unique addition to the wedding. Their shop is great as well! We went prior to our wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream sandwiches!
