I gave a low rating not because of the food but because I placed an order on a Friday night, and it took 41 minutes to get my food. I have never seen anything like it. I believe either they have been bombarded by orders or dont know how to break up and manage who does what type of orders. I would highly recommend you have 1 or 2 people for dine in, 1 or 2 for drive thru(dependent on which is busier), and 1 for door dash type orders. Then you should have the ones in back keeping things made like meats, shells etc. I wont be back for a long time just to give them some time to try to manage this place better.

Six years later: waited in line 30 minutes to be told to come inside for mobile orders. I cant give negative stars, just go to black mountain taco bell i guess

The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and did not want to fix a small mistake in my order. When she handed me the correct item, all she said was "here" in a rude nasty tone. Someone like her should not be working customer service.

Three out of five negative one if I could rate for the drive-through wait time, the staff was friendly although they were busy parking really sucks at this location getting in now. It seems like the price of Taco Bell. It just keeps going up by the day my review on this place is mixed.

Fast food America can be proud of! My teen-aged exchange students and I love the taste and the nutrition of Taco Bell, and the service is usually warm and courteous.
Can't pickup a mobile order here. They force you to use door dash and pay more money

This location needs to stay on top of changing their fryer oil. I got a Mexican pizza 3 months ago that made me violently ill. I shouldn't have eaten it, the shell had a bitter taste, the shell was not old or stale, it was very obviously fried in old/dirty fryer oil, I am familiar with the taste because I work in the restaurant industry. Usually this will not make you sick, the item just won't taste as good as it should. I have avoided this taco bell for months after I got that pizza 3 months ago, I went back tonight and had the same experience, got a Mexican pizza, ate one bite, and threw it in the trash for fear of becoming sick again

I work until 8pm leaving no time for cooking after my hour drive home so, when I went through taco bell tonight I wasonly hoping for my order to be right. However, the whole process took no time at all, my order was correct and made well! Most of all, the service was great! Everyone was friendly and fast so, thank you guys at taco bell tonight! You're doing a great job!
