My husband and I went to this location around 6:00PM 11/29/2025. When we arrived there was nobody in the lobby except for the employees who were working. We decided to look at the menu before ordering. While we were looking one family came in. We walked to the kiosk to order our food, as we ordered two more families walked in. We placed our order, paid and stood to the side to get out of the way. Two of the families proceeded to order, and the third family ordered after we have been waiting approximately 5 minutes of waiting. My husband and I are chatting and waiting when we realize about 20 minutes have gone by, we decided to move closer to the counter, as we did so an order was called out. Not our order, it was for one of the families who ordered after my husband and I. Okay they had a little less than we did so I decided to let it go. Another 10ish minutes go by and the second families order is called, who had more food than us. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point we have been waiting 30-40ish minutes for two, only two deluxe boxes. A nice gentlemen from family number two pointed out that we put their order in before ours, which we appreciated. They did began to work on our order. The lady working the dine in/takeout line was super nice but working slower than cold molasses. We finally get our order after 50 minutes of waiting. By this point there are several small groups waiting for their food. We ask for our drinks and get the large cups, we fill our cups up and asked them for lids as they were not at the fountains, “we are out of large lids and have been. We’re not even handing out large drinks”. You’re joking. I then asked for a few small cups so we could take our drinks home with a lid. In total my husband and I spent approximately 50 minutes for a take out order in a FAST FOOD restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location.

Went inside to place an order, I noticed four or five people were working, after almost 10 minutes someone finally took my order and after another 20 minutes later still no food! There was another family that had been waiting almost 30 minutes, as he told me, they had no food as well, so we all requested a refund and left.👎

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! The tall skinny man was very rude!!When we went to check on our order, he said he called our name twice, did he think we would have paid and left?? He should have called louder, music was very loud!! Said he would have to remake our whole order so we waited another 15 to 20 minutes!! When he handed the food to my husband, he did not apologize or say anything!!!! Worst ever!!!!!

This is the worst Taco Bell I've been to and sadly the closest to my house. I went back through after they messed up on my husband's order.. We called and they said they took his name down. I went through for the correct items we ordered and got nothing but attitude and treated so disrespectfully. Will never come to this location again.

I went on 10/19/25 around 8:30pm walked in ordered my food took about 5 mins total I waited at least 10 mins before my food was even made everyone on both sides of the table disappeared cashiers walking around on there phone not even acknowledging they had a customer inside I paid for extra meat and cheese on my food didn’t get what I paid for also the nacho chips they had went very burned and to hard to eat never again will I go here plus when my food finally was fixed the guy who fixed it had gloves on and was picking up everything off the floor then going back and touching food again that is gross and so unsanitary and he never changed his gloves at all 🤮🤮🤮

There were.like 10 employees making food and running g the drive thru. I orrdered on the menu screens. As I waited for my order I watched these employees work like a well oiled machine! These folks did a great job working together. My food was perfect and fast. The atmosphere was upbeat and chill.
Had an order with 5 items at drive-thru. The employee at the window verbally confirmed the entire order to perfection, but when we got home the bag was missing two items (40% of the order). Its extremely frustrating to basically be lied to and stolen from by a company that rakes in billions from its consumers.

10-9-2025 ordered dine in at 6:48 finally got it at 7:19, they said they just finished it but the food was cold from sitting in the bag and forgot about they had put it with the door dash orders, unfortunately this isn't a one time thing this particular Taco Bell is the worst one in the Avl area every time we go through the drive through something is forgotten or wrong and the dine in always takes forever it has been this way for years

This used to be a great location to go to. The food was always good and service good. Now I try not to go to often because every time I have the past year the food is not that good and the service isn't that great either. I love the fiesta potatoes one of the only reason I even go to taco Bell used to they would have no problem if asked for fresh now when asked it's always oh they just came up but when you get them they are hard and stale tasting and the other food is thrown together so fast that it's sometimes contaminated with other ingredients that don't even come on that item (pieces of lettuce on a Mexican pizza for example).

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I placed a $30 order through the app and they accepted it and told me that they couldn’t make my order so now I have no way to cancel it or get a refund quickly because it’s showing that they made it when they didn’t. Tried to get a refund through the app and who knows how long that will take. Tried to call to speak to somebody there and they wouldn’t take my call. This will be the last time I eat at Taco Bell for sure.
