Just left here and the guy working the drive thru was a rockstar! Really cool guy. But the tacos…. My hotel is literally only 3 minutes away and when I got to my room my tacos were ice cold. Literally felt like they came from a refrigerator. And the tortillas were hard and stale, which makes me think these tacos were made at least an hour or two ago and not left under a hot lamp. They really tasted like left over, refrigerated tacos. Also an employee walked up to the window wearing a rubber apron and covered in soap bubbles. He had bubbles all the way up past his elbows and water dripping off his apron and face… and he just started typing on the computer and taking someone’s order. There is no way that’s sanitary.

Little bros want to ignore people that walk in so they don't have to leave their stations. Hey children, it's not polite or intelligent to ignore actual people. Do better.

Came at night before closing, on our way to Nashville from Charlotte. The staff was extremely professional and kind. Food was made quite well, and everyone we talked to or saw was just giving incredibly positive energy, from asking if we were waiting to order to offering us drinks on our drive, and handing us our food with smiles, I appreciate the staff for their great service. Thanks, y'all!

Waited for a while to even get acknowledged at the drive-thru. I was very polite with everybody and tried to get my order out as quick as possible because the guy taking my order seemed like it was a burden to even speak to me. I was not treated with any type of kindness and was extremely rushed through the ordering process. When I got my meal, multiple things were messed up. I can't even eat my quesadilla because it was literally stuck to the paper wrapper and now has paper all over the outside and inside. I have always enjoyed going to Taco Bell, but every time I do, I remember that it doesn't matter which location I go to because they all suck. I work in the same industry, but I treat every customer with kindness and patience because it's the right thing to do.

The worst experience we have ever had with a Taco Bell and certainly one of the worst fast food experiences. Went inside to order because we had a trailer and could not go through the drive-thru. The wait time was ridiculous especially for how little traffic was actually going through the store at that time. 15-20 mins. It became clear very quickly that the drive-thru was the priority as they serviced 6-8 cars before ever getting to the 2 guys that were ahead of me!When I actually received the food and our drink, it was 1/4 of the way empty. So I asked the worker if he could just fill it all the way (which is what we paid for) and he looked at me like I had offended him for even asking and that it was such a huge inconvenience. Never said sorry or my bad or anything. Just handed me the drink back without a word after re-filling it.When I went to grab sauces (which was for my wife), the worker changing the trash was very rude and sternly said “Just a few, not a lot”. For the record. I was grabbing them with one hand so I got more than I intended immediately. I was already going to drop some but I didn’t even get that chance. He said that as soon as I picked the things up. Plus, every other Taco Bell literally throws tons of sauce packets in the bag for you, so why was that comment necessary? I work in customer service and that is definitely not how to talk to a customer if you want them to ever return. When my wife actually looked at the food, which was 2 Chicken Supreme Burritos, they had put BARELY any chicken, lettuce, tomato or anything other than beans. At that point the wait time, quality and customer service was so bad that I knew if I went back in and complained, it would not have been dealt with properly at all. I would likely be fussed at somehow, and I would probably have to wait another 15 mins just for them to hopefully get it right.I would not recommend this location at all.

This has got to be one of the most poorly run stores ever. I've pulled up to find the store closed, no sign, no nothing. Constantly have signs that say certain foods aren't in stock. Supposed to have specials that they claim they are out of. Drive-thru is a drive-thru for a reason. I don't want to walk in the store or eat inside, but every time you get my order wrong I have to come inside. If I ask for sauce, I don't want it covered in dried sauce that may be contaminated. Don't expect me to use your self order kiosk just because you have one. I prefer human interaction. Don't expect me to stand around waiting to order while you get "hit on" by a probation officer. Went on way too long. I know that if I get short changed on chicken all of the time, then there are many people experiencing the same thing. Three little pieces of chicken in a burrito isn't a chicken burrito. Not sure if they still have the chicken nacho fries, but they were/are disgusting. Tasted like a deep fried sponge wrapped in batter and overly deep fried. If I ask for chicken, don't substitute with beef and not tell me. I never said, "if you run out of chicken, please sub with beef." Customers do like to be acknowledged. Don't make eye contact then look away like you don't see them. How does an empty store with 5, 6, 7 (?) employees have dirty tables? I can give you the answer... poor management.

More and more I am becoming less interested in this chain. Food is fair to okay tasting but portions are smaller and smaller. Dell Taco if you can find one has been better in my opinion.

It's a taco bell, so all I can do is compare it to other taco bells. This was one of the worst I've experienced. The rice and bean burrito had no rice. The chicken chipotle burrito was all lettuce and tomato. It was basically a salad wrap. But again, it's a taco bell. Shame on me for eating here honestly.
