$10 and my 5 layers are mostly tortillas 🙄 also fix ur damn curb.. Employees are hard working and professional but management why are we skimping on refried beans?? My burritos always look pathetic.

Still terrible. Placed an online order for nachos..how the heck is a Taco Bell out of beef? Does the manager not know how to do inventory? So needless to say they couldnt make my mobile order but I couldnt cancel it either! I believe it did finally get canceled as I do not see a charge on my card..but dont go out of your way to drive here late at night because there is a chance they dont have any BEEF and if you do I definitely wouldn't order it online because if they dont have what it takes to make your order they cant cancell it!!

These employees need to be more careful when assembling food. I order a simple cheese quesadilla and there's a smattering of lettuce shreds, which makes me gag. If I want a cheese quesadilla, I don't want anything else but cheese.

I stop by this location a few times a week. The young lady that was in drive through this morning was amazing. She treated me with a smile, asked me how sweet I like my coffee. normally I just get it how ever they make it, no special instructions. It was nice because she genuinely cared about my opinion. When I told her it was good she was giddy and smiled. Such a pleasant encounter. We need more people with her customer service. I work fast food and would gladly have her on my team.
I pick up food from this location often, and the staff is always great and friendly. Even during busy times, they do their best to be helpful, attentive, and quick with orders. The food is consistently good, and I really appreciate the effort they put into maintaining great customer service. Parking and getting out onto Hendersonville Rd can be a bit tricky, but that’s no fault of the store itself. In a time when customer service at fast food restaurants has gone downhill, it’s refreshing to see a team that still takes the time to be polite and kind. Keep it up!

Just got 2 bean & cheese burritos w/an online order. As I haven’t ordered from TB in quite a while, I walked in, gave my last name & then the staff proceeded to fuss at me because I didn’t give them my first name. I was kind of surprised, apologized & told the “lead” I hadn’t ordered at THAT store before, so I wasn’t sure of the protocol. Then apparently he felt like I needed to be schooled & was dismissed like a petulant child. I had just come off of a hectic 4 hr. drive & was not expecting this reaction! I know this was no HUGE order, but customer service here needs some work!! Needless to say, I’ll be more careful next time I order from THIS store!! If at all! Come on people, do better!
