Best chicken quesidlla I ever had but also the most nuclear hot taco beef that I have ever had in my 43 years of life. I mean that taco was hotter than a pizza roll straight out of the oven and it burnt my lips and face. Zero napkins in the bag and the drive thru lady was so rude you would have thought that I cussed her out. Luckily my drink was half filled with ice so I could tend my wound before heading home.

Terrible drive through location, parking sucks, getting in and out sucks, And the wait time sucks. They have a friendly staff but what about the worst place to put a taco belle on earth , drive through needs replaced this taco belle needs moved

The worst food ever comparable to dog food. Lazy staff. They close earlier than they list online as well so if you place a takeout order near closing beware you won't receive your food. This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to.
They Charged me for my food and ended up not wanting to had it over to my delivery guy

I don't think I've ever got an actual cut quesadilla in the probably 100 times I have ordered. As most taco bells, food is good enough. But they need some professionalism and consistency. Some times are great, others I get food that has been sitting there for 3-4 hours and has already dehydrated. I work customer service and know when food has went past its time. Maybe the manager on duty needs a pick me up or something. I don't know. Quality and service has fallen through the roof. Really need to step your taco game up. You will not make it in the foodie community asheville is with this quality. Just gonna be another dead fast food franchise no one wants to go to. Step it up...
