forgetting my chalupa and putting tomatoes in my soft taco was my 13th reason, so who’s paying my funeral bill?

I visited this location a while ago and just got to writing a review. I was only reminded because I had a few questions before I put in an order today. I called the store and instantly got a manager who was very kind and informative. He was able to answer all my questions with no problems even with my two children screaming in the background about unrelated topics, they didn't want taco bell tonight but it doesn't matter because it's mommas choice tonight. Kids can get their McDonalds and Burger King when they have their own money for it. But going back on topic. All of my questions were perfectly answered and luckily everything I wanted tonight was ready and available, including my favorite burrito and drink! It's nice to feel like you can really have a conversation with someone as if you know them. I love this Taco Bell and can't wait to go back and see the enthusiastic smiling faces of the employees!Kid-friendliness: Managers know how to work with screaming children whom you regret having at times

Asked for 2 cheesy rice and bean burritos with extra jalapeño sauce a drink and, a cheesy Gordita crunch. Crunch was fine drink was fine on burritos got no jalapeño sauce maybe misheard me so that’s acceptable but, I got no rice in burritos. Not sure how that was messed up unless someone was asleep at the wheel receipt and photo of burrito below.

I am echoing another person on here who actually commented on my comment and I have to agree that as of late Taco Bell seems to put way too much salt on any of the red meats like the ground meat or the steak or it might be something in there seasoning recipe but their food tastes way too

UPDATE; after moving back to this side of town, I've revisited this location a good number of times. I was trepidatious at first but they haven't let me down /terribly/ since coming back over here. They do often forget the cinnamon twists but they're not offering the value cravings box any more anyway.--------OLD REVIEW; I'm not fond of leaving negative reviews but I feel the need in this case. The hendersonville road location has been failing in availability for a while now.4 weeks and at least 4 attempts at getting food there all resulted in having to go somewhere else. Either their system is down or they have closed early with no indication on their doors, lights still on inside, etc. (Their hours online and on the door indicated they should have been open but weren't.)I don't place blame on the employees and I know covid-19 has had an incredible impact on everyone. I don't know how specifically this has impacted taco bell or if this location is alone in it's issues. (I had one similar experience at the Patton Ave location recently too) Too few employees? Failing/old systems (software or hardware)? Something is for sure wrong and it's just not worth trying any more. I'll go get a quick cheap dinner somewhere else.I sincerely wish everyone there well.

This Taco Bell is great. It's a lifesaver for this area out here. We don't have many options and this stays open long enough to get the job done with great food.

Food is usually fine, but service SUCKS!!! Not customer service friendly at all. Pull up to the drive thru...."whatcha want?". Get to the window... basically throw your order at you. I would much rather go to Brevard Rd.....miles out of my way....than go to this location.

i just went here with my friends and the food was perfect! we asked for no tomatoes and there wasn’t a single one in sight plus the driver through worker guy was super cute and sweet. he apologized for our “long” wait time (it wasn’t long at all but so worth it).

The crew was amazing. I was a late night customer and even though my order got a little mixed up. I called them. They answered they took care of it and when I came back around the corrected my order and better and amazing team on this side in South Asheville for sure. I also called them back and let them know that even though I didn't know their names I was going to give them a good review because most people would not even try to answer the phone and they did and they also tried to correct their mistake. Awesome people, awesome staff, awesome food. Thank you very much

These people are lost. Gave me the wrong order after waiting in line for 30 minutes, on a slow night.
