Ambiance was nice - service pretty good- alright it took a good li f time to pay and get out of there - food was pretty good but not worth what they charge $6 for chips and salsa when you can get them free at most other places but it's corporate so - wouldn't go back for another

The service was really good. Unfortunately as food goes, my daughter’s quesadilla had sautéed onions when she asked to be not added. The empanadas were good. The pozole was not really good and just lacked season. The tacos were ok. Again, lacked season. Unfortunately the lines were as hard as a rock and had very little juice to even provide any flavor. Overall, it was nice to try, but there are many taco places in asheville and Arden to find good tacos at better prices.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but the food, atmosphere, and service was excellent! Adam was our server and he was attentative, kind, and fast! The margaritas were very good and not watered down at all. I'm going to come back and try new flavors :)

This was my first time at their new location. Clean and nice restaurant. The waiter told us it was her first day which we understood but she needs to be trained better. One singular taco was $6 (it was small). The inexperienced waiter told me that it came with rice and beans. We waited a long time for our drinks and food (even though there was only two other people in the dining room). Food was decent but certainly not worth the price. After waiting around 10 minutes after we were done eating the waiter brought us the wrong check. After waiting for more time she brought our check and I was charged $8 for a VERY SMALL cup of beans and rice. I will NOT be coming back. Very disappointed.

Admittedly, I've never been much of a Mexican cuisine aficionado, but this restaurant has completely won me over with its exquisite flavors. On our initial visit, my nephew couldn't get enough of their chicken taco, prompting us to make a return visit the very next day. As for myself, I was delighted by their chicken soup - hands down, the best I've ever tasted. It struck the perfect balance of richness and heartiness that left me craving more. On our first day, I also indulged in a shrimp quesadilla, which was incredibly delicious, though admittedly a bit more than I could finish on my own. Opting for simplicity on our second visit, I chose to stick with the soup, and it did not disappoint. Adding to our wonderful dining experience was the pleasure of having the same server on both days. His friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate made our meals even more enjoyable. While we chose to dine inside on our second visit, finding the interior comfortably spacious, I found a personal preference for the outdoor seating. Overall, this restaurant has not only impressed me with its culinary offerings but has also made me a newfound fan of Mexican cuisine.

I have been to the Taco Boy in SC so I had to try the new location in Biltmore. Food was great, I really liked the crispy chickpeas. My server Juliana was amazing and very helpful with recommendations. Will be back for the Quesabirra, it was amazing!

Food was delicious, nice atmosphere. Our server wasn’t the most attentive or on the ball, but, will still return. Easy access and parking.

Score is a big zero - The worst nachos I’ve ever had, just a big pile of dry tasteless expensive chips smothered with sour cream, and tasteless bits of tomato supposedly pico and barely there chicken, Did not taste any cheese, did not taste any queso. Bits of lettuce just awful, what a waste of money never go back there again huge disappointment

Received the wrong order, did not enjoy the cold tortilla, chewy sirloin instead of the Pastor I ordered, or the cold chips, but to each their own.Review has been edited and one star added for customer service.

I had a great time here on a Monday night! It was super easy to get a table for two at 6pm. Our server Kayla was wonderful! The drinks and food came out quickly. The portions were quite large and the food was pretty good. The taquitos and horchata were the highlights for us. Tacoboy seems like a great addition to the post movie dining options.
