8/4/23 This was quite a disappointment after reading the 2 reviews and seeing the photos posted. We were the only customers and ordered a flight of 4 wines to taste. No clean glasses provided between wines. Nothing special here to get us to purchase more. The artwork on the wine bottle labels is nice. The staff member on duty seemed totally disinterested in being at work that day. No pleasant personality no conversation, no food offered, no attempt to sell us product.

Wonderful evening last week celebrating France's Bastille Day! Uncle Thom and I have been to a few different wine tastings, but this one was different. This was more of an educational experience, all about wines from France.We learned a lot about the regions of France and how the differing regions effect the grapes. The grapes in warmer regions will be sweeter due to the sugar content. Also, our group was lucky enough to be able to sample about 10 different wines!French music playing in the background, wonderful hors d'oeuvres for nibbling, and a great group of people attending. Such a fun evening!

This was our meeting place for the High Roller Food Tour. While there, we enjoyed a glass of very good wine and some cheese bites. It's a cool place if you're a wine lover.Kid-friendliness: It's a Wine Bar.

A top tier wine bar. This was our first stop / meeting point of the eating asheville high roller tour and it was a great start to the tour. I got the mocktail and they offered the most delicious sparkling grape juice. Not only was it delicious but the charcuterie was such nice touch and the bottles were picture perfect. It is attached to a cute little shop as well !

Wine flights weren’t good and the bartender would rather be doing something else then wait on us even though we were the only 3 people in the place. Won’t be going back.

Great place to try some local NC wines. Chill vibe on the inside. Megs really made our experience fun with great conversation. Definitely worth checking out, especially when you need a break from all the beer in Asheville.

Visited August 5, 2022. Enjoyed wine to a point that we purchased a (supposedly) new, unopened bottle to take home; we live in Charlotte. To our surprise the wine from the new bottle leaked into a bag of Asheville souvenirs we purchased (it ruined my book by Graham and other items). After contacting the owner via Cultivated Cocktails Distillery, the Aventine manager sent a text "I'm sorry" and nothing else. Other than this "too bad it happened to you... this is your problem" attitude, I question whether quality control of winery that releases bottles that are not 100% sealed. This quality question combined with the manager/ owner's response has left "a bad taste".... well, there was only a "taste" that didn't spill from the bottle.

Great wine! Great vibe! Great music! Not your typical wine bar and that’s what makes it even better. Local NC wines done with an urban twist and some blends made in house as well! If you love there adventure of wine tasting and a cozy yet fresh vibe then you should check this place out!

My gf and I had such a great experience here. The wine was amazing and the ambiance was really nice. But what really made our afternoon so memorable, was our sommelier, Torsten!! He really made us feel welcomed and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with him and his customer service, of course; -was excellent. We will definitely be back!Thanks again!
