We found this little gem by chance and were not disappointed. Great atmosphere, kid friendly (albeit its an adult place). We sat at a small corner table by the bar. We enjoyed some sharable plates, great wines, mocktails for the kids, excellent wines and my wife a great Vesper made by Luci (the bartender). But the cherry on top was the fact that she made a perfect Irish Coffee - a simple drink, but buttered by 99% of the bar tenders. We will be back.

We had dinner at a high-top table on a busy Friday evening and it was, from start to finish, a fantastic experience. Every server was pleasant and eager to provide information and answer questions, and from oysters to oxtail, pasta to pork, every dish was extraordinary. The casual atmosphere and incredible food -- Heidi's Bread was superb, and the desserts provided a great finale -- combined to provide us a wonderful, memorable night out. We plan to be back!

We came alll the way from Miami to celebrate our friends bday. She choose Table for her bday dinner and what a great choice! Table was easy to find and had very cute cozy decor. It's a small place so make a reservation if you plan on coming a busy night! We arrived an hour early and sat immediately. Our server was Malcom and he killed it!! He was super lovely, helpful ,attentive and fast! The food was phenomenal starting with some crispy potatoes and brócoli ooof so delicious and well prepared. Our main plates were the rabbit pasta and a whole fish. The fish was shared by 3 people. Great portions! Dessert was apple pie and Ice cream. Overall we loved it and thank Malcom for providing such wonderful services.

TLDR: I came here for drinks and some apps while checking out down town. They have the best Japanese bread appetizer. It's called Heidi's Bread. Get it. Thank me later. Would I go again: Yes, Any reason to order that bread again. Food: we had the dates and bread along with some cocktails. The bread was incredible. Devil dates were interesting, but together it paired nice with some wine. Service: We sat at the bar and the bartender was real chill. Ambiance: Nice hole in the wall Italian/speakeasy vibe. Great for a date.

This past weekend+ we went to some amazing dinner places in Asheville: Curate Jargon Table Rhubarb Table took the crown with best all around experience, food, drinks, etc. Table was impressive. The table got: Hanger steak Burger and fries Radish salad Chicken and dumplings Oysters Chicken meatballs Crème brûlée Coconut and chocolate sorbet (v) I was a bad yelper and forgot to take pictures . Let me talk about a few of the items: The Hanger Steak was the best cooked steak out of all the other restaurants mentioned above. Burger and fries was an amazing treat. Chicken and Dumplings was unique and perfectly cooked. Great sauce too. Let's skip to the best part of evening. The vegan coconut sorbet and the chocolate sorbet. It's hard to get great dessert options when you're vegan. The sorbets here was the one best item two different people on our trip ate all weekend. It was amazing, but the secret is to combine one coconut and one chocolate in the same bowl, which creates a cold and warm effect and is lights out. Please never stop making those sorbets.

My husband and I shared the rainbow trout. We loved it! Perfectly prepared, it’s enough for 4 ladies. Very attentive staff. Lovely presentation. A unique dining experience.

The restaurant is small and table too close to each other. The food was ok not so fancy, but salty. We had the chicken dish and the pasta for me. It's not so expensive. I would say they could improve on their menu.

The restaurant is a comfortable place with large windows open to enjoy the fantastic weather. Both the dishes and the mixed drinks use unique and unusual flavors that blend in perfect harmony. An example is the heirloom tomato and Gorgonzola starter. Of course, the heirloom tomatoes can stand alone with their wonderful flavor. The alchemy takes place as you bite into the accompanying cheese toast. A bite combining all components melds the rich flavors of the Gorgonzola, arugula, and the surprise bite of powdered Fresno peppers. It is both delicious and inspired. In addition, we had the chicken and dumplings, which were nothing like Cracker Barrel's. The chicken breast was flavorful and moist with an excellent crisp skin. We loved everything from seating to end. Service was wonderfully personal and attentive. Altogether, it was an absolute joy to dine there

Outstanding locally sourced ingredients prepared in deliciously inventive ways. Knowledgeable courteous wait staff and casual ambience made for a terrific pairing. Our table shared everything so we could all taste as much of the menu as possible.

Just so good! I celebrated my birthday here with a large group of friends. The staff were welcoming, warm and created an awesome atmosphere for us. (Even played a birthday playlist of music) The food was divine. Each dish had us all oohing and ahhhing. Stand out favorite - the bone in ribeye. I was glad to have enough people to finally order this. Good lord was it flavorful. Melted in my mouth. Their salad, Lettuce, they call it was incredible. So simple and packed with flavor. And I think they have the best cocktails in Asheville. You won't leave disappointed. I'm ready to go back. :)

The food was beyond the world amazing. We had the trout which was so well seasoned, the rabbit dish developed with time. It lacked some season, but ever now and then you get a magical bite. The bone marrow was so good, we ordered another one, but the second one was way too salty. The crispy potatoes were pretty ok, but the dipping sauce took them to the next level and the bread was amazing. The service was great and the ambience was spectacular.

Incredible service and beautifully presented entrees. The rabbit ragu is was divine and the pork schnitzel fabulous and a generous portion to boot! Already booked another reservation. Thanks Table!
