Wow!!! So delicious. Customer service was spot on. Makenzie flawlessly walked us through the whole experience and helped us figure out the best options for my son who can't have dairy. We absolutely loved it and will be back again SOON!

You can tell that this is a family run business and that the owner cares deeply about his customers and his space. I got an OG waffle and my husband got the bubble waffle, you can’t go wrong with either one, they were both so delicious. We’re excited to continue trying different combinations, they’ve got something for every sweet tooth!

I love bubble waffle ice cream shops so I had high hopes for this place. Here's my honest takeaway...ATMOSPHERE: Fun, clean, love the colors and the funky pop niche of it all.SELECTION: great selection to choose fromWAIT TIME: expect to wait a few minutes per item ordered if waffles are involved. This can lead to lines pretty quickly.PRICE: pricier than most (expect an average of $10-$15pp)WAFFLES: The fresh made bubble waffle cones were very good. They could easily be enjoyed on their own with some toppings other than ice cream and you'll be very happy. There's a 2nd kind of waffle... I'm unsure if they're made in house but they are the snack waffles that you buy on the shelf if that helps describe them... Neither myself nor my kids were big fans of those ones so in the end they didn't get eaten.ICE CREAM: we have one dairy free family member so it's always great when we find an ice cream place that offers vegan options. The rest of us got regular ice cream. The ice cream was honestly very disappointing... It tasted as though it had been freezer burnt or thawed a bit and frozen again... Very icy (ice crystals). We got scoops on the waffle cone and the other little waffles. All ice cream was icy (4 flavors). Maybe it'd be better in a shake. All of that said, would I come back? Probably... Although I can't say it would be at the top of my list. But I respect that this is a new business and there are kinks to work through in the beginning. I can also tell that the employees care and were doing their best. So I definitely believe in second and third chances... Especially where I've cream is involved and I think this fun little biz will be around for quite some time!Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options for our dairy free peopleKid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop, of course it's kid friendly!

A great new desert shop to try at Biltmore Park. As others have mentioned, you can tell that the owner cares about this place. He and the staff are very nice and helpful, even taking the time to explain the menu since it was our first time visiting. The bubble waffle and ice cream/topping combinations taste and look great. We will definitely be back!

This place is great! We got the Dolly special liege waffle and Peanut Better shake, SO good. The liege waffle is like a warm fluffy waffle with crispy sugar on the outside, with blue cookie dough/oreo ice cream on top. Fresh made to order, very quick service, and super friendly staff!

The Dolly’s Dream OG waffle and ice cream was awesome! Be careful because it does dye your mouth blue, but it’s really fun! Service was great! The portions are very shareable.

Was excited to check out the new hot spot in biltmore park that just opened. Was not disappointed. was greeted warmly and was given a quick rundown of the icecream/waffle options. I had done my homework before but it still was a hard choice. I knew I wanted a bubble waffle so I went all in on the Sugar n Spice combo which includes delish horchata icecream. Really was a hard decision though. I tried a sample of their Ube icecream and was really impressed with it. In the end my bubble waffle was as good as it looked which was annoying because now I really have to go back. The hot bubble waffle was really delicious on its own even. This epic dessert was $$ but it really is a meal in itself and is worth spending the money for a special treat. There are smaller options too as well. The only thing that could be improved is the technical difficulties of how it is presented to eat. Can get real messy fast. I was kindly given a paper plate/bowl and that helped a bit, but it was a bit awkward. This is more of a franchise glitch though and not something an individual store can fix I assume. It really was just a blip and didn't stop me from devouring my dessert. So yes, great vibes, and yummy new dessert option for Asheville. yay!

The 30 minute wait time for a waffle, and a milkshake was okay considering it was the “opening day”. Unfortunately, I’m not sure how to give feedback other than a review (no email on website to contact this location directly). *the $11.00 snowstorm milkshake was disappointing, it was supposed to have Oreos mixed in but they only put one Oreo on top. It was like drinking almost warm milk with whip cream- no flavor and very little ice cream in the milkshake itself. Sad to say it! The waffle was good though.
