The most amazing view! We went for lunch and enjoyed a relaxing and delicious meal. We had the shrimp cocktail, French onion soup, and salads. Everything was cooked exactly as we requested and well seasoned. Our server was very friendly and gave us lots of history about the resort. We will definitely be back for dinner as I would love to be there during sunset!

I was worried if the restaurant would be worth the money.... And I will tell you that YES it was an excellent experience from the atmosphere, food and exceptional service provided by Michael! Not only do we want to come back but now we want to stay at the Inn when we come back ! The decorated Christmas trees were so beautiful and added something special to an already fabulous view.

This place discriminated against me when I went there with my service dog. I spent so much money eating there and then they just treated me like complete s***. they kicked me out when they legally had no right to when I have a legal service animal. they treat you like complete crap. Whenever I called to make a complaint, no one would ever call me back. It's pretty terrible.

Wow!! What an experience this was...this was a special meal for me and my husband (newly married the day before our dinner) and we were treated just as special! The food was outstanding, the view can't be beat and the service was outstanding! I highly, highly recommend Sunset Terrace for a special occasion or even just for a lovely meal. We will make a reservation on our next visit to the Grove Park Inn!

Parking is a mess. They also charge for parking. They have valet as an option but it's absurdly expensive for Asheville.
