We wanted to love it. We truly did, but unfortunately, the rudeness of the employees here leaves, a bitter taste. If it were just us, perhaps, we would feel that maybe we said or did something. However, we know that we did not. It’s just that you can’t even consider that as a justification, when they were rude to the people, in front of us, and the people behind us. They have the worst, entitled, disgusting attitudes, ever! It is so unfortunate!! This is a cute little shop, and it could be an amazing find. They need to read themselves of everyone that works behind the counter, and start fresh. Then, they may actually see a huge difference.

The server was friendly and helpful explaining about the ice cream. They make it all in-house :) There wasn't a large selection of flavors, but I assume this was because it was not tourist season when I visited. Despite not having a ton of flavors, there were still dairy free, sugar free as well as vegan options. I opted for the blueberry and cinnamon. The blueberry had nice whole blueberries in it and the cinnamon had a good cinnamon spice, not hot cinnamon, flavor. There wasn't much seating inside and it was nice out, so I took my ice cream to go and ate it on a nearby bench.

i’ve been going to the hop ever since i was a kid, but i’d never thought the staff would turn out so rude and mean. this month i’ve been here two separate occasions with my sister, both were similar unpleasant experiences, but here’s my last. for instance, my sister and i both have a heightened anxiety disorder so sometimes social queues are difficult. we don’t get greeted at all employee just stands there as we look for some kind of like welcome or something. the employee keeps looking at us like we’re so annoying for coming in, my sister eventually ordered her ice cream and i’m still looking and the employee looks at me and says “are you going to order anything?” with a massive eye roll like you do not have to be that hateful. we leave, these two other girls walk in and as soon as they walk in they’re greeted with a smile, crazy. stay bitter or get better. pralines and cream was good tho

We came here looking for a yummy dessert on our vacation. We were very satisfied with our milkshakes. Bourbon brown sugar was great as well as vegan lavender.There were a lot of great vegan options for people with dietary restriction. Several mix in options as well. We would love to come back here.

I don't come here often, but when I do, it is usually nice. The boba tea portion of employees are wonderful and genuinely pleasant. Boba teas are always tasty and flavorful and I really wish I got the tea instead, but I was really craving ice cream/shakes.The guy who works at the ice cream portion, tall, short black hair in a top bun style... he makes me and other people uncomfortable. Not only is his voice so fake in friendliness, but he made me uncomfortable and feel stupid when I asked something. Mind you, I did say it was stupid of me after since I was still waking up and things run differently here than other places I have been, but he didn't have to stare at me with a cringe worthy smile and stay silent. Be like 'it's okay dude, it happens' or something along the lines. Don't use a high pitched voice that's drenched in annoyance when me and other customers are beyond patient with you when you're not fully ready to serve. I get it, it's probably not your favorite job in the world, but don't take it out on the customers. I really miss the guy who used to work there, he had glasses, short brown hair. He was absolutely sweet, managed to relate to me and others, and wasn't a cookie-cutter sales person. He had legit personality and I paid him really good in tips.The guy that opened today? Did not. He was lousy. And I even gave him a TIP. Yeah, because I was generous enough, but he didn't deserve it. I didn't finish my sweets either. I lost my appetite half way in and generally this type of thing doesn't bug me. I am going to stay away from that area until you guys hire someone more professional. For now, I am going to stay in the boba tea department because they are legit cool and have no issues with them.
We can’t say enough awesome things about this place and the owners. We used to eat here with our family once a week, and the atmosphere, space, icecream selection etc is to die for. The vegan, sugar free, speciality options are fabulous! I’ve never had better fresh made icecream in my life.

We absolutely enjoy their milkshakes, however we got an ice cream “cake” for a birthday and were severely disappointed. There was absolutely no cake, just a thin layer of crust. It was a round of ice cream covered in frosting that tasted too strongly of coloring. We paid extra for decorations, and based off the images on their website I was expecting a lot more.
