I'm vegan and my husband isn't...but Smokin' Onion will satisfy the meat eaters..I promise. We shared the buffalo cauliflower wrap with Brussels sprouts and gyro and fries. Both are AMAZING! So glad their food truck was at New Belgium brewery today! Can't wait to check out the restaurant!Dietary restrictions: Vegan and GL friendly!

New to a plant-based diet and wanted to try this place. I was not impressed with my order ("chicken" and waffle). The flavor profile was all wrong (entirely too much spicy breading on the "chicken") and the waffle was undercooked and mushy. I'll try something different if I ever go back. They also do not provide wifi so if you're alone hoping to respond to some emails like I was, you're out of luck. ;) They offer wifi for the employees though.

Had an excellent experience booking the food truck to come to our office - they were super easy to work with, communicative, early, and the food was amazing! This was a great and cost effective way to feed a bunch of our staff.
High quality, beautifully prepared vegan comfort food at its finest! The "Town Gyro" (seitan gyro on a delicious pita) was exceptional. The service was very friendly and helpful. And then there was the "Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie" that will take to you another level of culinary bliss, especially when combined with their coffee from Pennycup Coffee Company. Bravo!

Oh my GOSH! I have been to the food truck…before but this was my first time ordering from the restaurant. I had take out and the portion was HUGE and delicious! I am so happy they went brick and mortar! Us vegans need great establishments like this!!!

I’m so happy that The Smokin’ Onion is doing so well, they truly deserve it. The food is one of a kind. I love the homemade taste, and the menu is impressive. As a breakfast lover, it’s heaven. I recommend the breakfast plate, but my personal favorite is the chick’n and waffles.

Really wanted to like this spot, tried them twice. First time had a burger-it was okay, nothing special. Second time had the chicken and waffle- chicken was really tough and dry, the waffle was soggy. Been vegan for a long time so I've tried lots of different plant based foods. I understand that cost of rent and produce is ridiculously expensive right now and hopefully they pay their workers well, but it still felt over priced especially for the quality. I can't afford to keep giving this place another chance just to be let down.

I just can't say enough for The Smokin' Onion! I went in this morning with a friend for breakfast and ordered the avocado toast. Fresh, fresh, fresh delicious avocado, a healthy helping of vegan mayo, a thick slice of delightful bread, but the main attraction (at least for me) was the vegan bacon. O.M.G. I've been plant based for many, many years now, but I have to say that is probably the best I've tried to date. You guys nailed it 1000%!If you're looking for a fantastic, delicious meal that just happens to be vegan, run, don't walk to The Smokin' Onion!I'll be back soon!!
