Good place to grab a drink
They're not wheelchair accessable and were snobs about it.
My favorite spot to chill in West Asheville !
Something for everyone. Be sure to check the coolers. Though it was cold out, the outdoor heaters were not on .
Coolest damn bartenders
This was a pleasant place with some good beers. But I have been to several hundred breweries/pour houses across the states and I believe this to be the first one that would not let you sample a beer prior to buying a pint. Not sure of the reason, but I personally prefer to try a sip before spending $8.00 or more for a pint.
Love this amazing cozy place in. Good collection of beers on taps. Big fan of their Guinness on tap.
The outdoor seating is fun when the weather is good and summer. Have indoor board games, that can keep everyone entertained like couples
Or kids or a group. It’s is pet friendly.
The food can be brought next door from Haywood common. It’s shared.
Always love going here. Our #1 spot we go when we visit Asheville. Fantastic selection. All kinds of options. A beer lovers paradise!

One of the only places open and accepting credit cards in the wake of the hurricane Helene disaster. Come here if you don't got cash but got a credit card and wanna relax. Thanks for being there for us guys!

I'm not a huge beer fan but the staff and atmosphere is awesome. The food was good too. Also, a weird guy was harassing us outside and one of the bar tenders scared him away for us. Thanks for the help, sir!

The Whale is one of the best beer scenes I’ve ever been to. They have some phenomenal craft beer! And the atmosphere is amazing! If you’re in Asheville and you love craft beer you have to come to The Whale!

We lost our car and the lady inside let us charge our phone and was an absolute angel to us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
