Had a wonderful time went for my birthday and the staff were so nice and took care of us really well. It was first coming there but I loved it and we will be coming back
It was so good we ate here twice! Service is fast! Food is good. And the host Michael accommodated us and fit us in on NYE!! So kind!
Great food and cool vibe. The staff is great. A little loud and boisterous for my elderly Mother.
Our first time to visit the twisted laurel .Michael, the host, was very accommodating when we needed to move our reservation up. Dave, our waiter, was amazing and very attentive. We will definitely be back.
We sat outside with our dogs / had great food, service, overall amazing experience! It was a gorgeous warm day in December of all times! Will definitely go back when I'm back in Asheville!!!
The overall vibe did not meet our expectations based on the vibe of the website. Our drinks were amazing, made by Madison at the bar. However our food left much to be desired. The kale salad was tasty, so were the meatballs. Our chicken parm spaghetti was lukewarm and while the Roni & Ricotta pizza was good, the melted the ricotta in the oven instead of dolloping it on fresh, which we found weird. We added Italian sausage to the pizza too, it was great. All in all, they provided great service, & responsive to our critiques. Would I go back.. no, but would I deter you, no. Just ask questions and know what you want.
Waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone approached our table only after asking for someone to come take a drink order. Food tasted warmed over at best. Philly cheesesteak had a very large long hair embedded into it, which ended the meal quickly. Waiter acted like he could care less to be there. All in all, not a good experience for the price. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere.
Great place, amazing food, cold beer! My wife and I had a great anniversary lunch and will be back!
Food service and beer selection was outstanding . The location was perfect and was right in the downtown area near our hotel
Twisted Laurel provides consistently good service and food. The location is ideal being downtown but not in a congested area.

We really liked dinner there. Pizza, Brussels sprouts, and trout were all super good. Best part of the restaurant was our amazing server, Hayleigh. She was fantastic and so friendly.
Nice casual place downtown. Wide range of options from sandwiches to more pricy entrees. I was surprised to be offered counter seating when we arrived for our dinner reservation; they did accommodate my request for a table instead. Service was very friendly and attentive.
Pizza and lamb chuck both were delicious. Kids menu items were good quality and yummy. We had a good time and parking in the area was available despite Saturday night.
Really enjoyed our food! I had the Chicken Parm which was a fried breast over spaghetti i Vodka Sauce. The chicken was moist, tender and covered in mozzarella cheese. The vodka sauce was outstanding! One the best chick parms I've eaten. Ou r server Dave was friendly and attentive.
The restaurant was spotless and absolutely gorgeous inside. The staff was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable about the chef's creations, and checked in just the right amount throughout the meal. The food had such unexpected flavor combinations, and every single dish was so delicious! I'd 100% go back. And the best part? They're dog-friendly and even have a dog menu! As a dog mom, that completely stole my heart! 🐶💛
