Our waitress Halie was SUPER!!! From the moment we entered, until we left, we were made to feel special. We had planned to visit the shops and wine bar on the estate before dinner, but unfortunately they closed at earlier times. We went to the the Village Social to have a glass of wine before our dinner reservation time, and the Hostess was so kind, and was able to seat us before our reservation time, which was absolutely Great. Overall a pleasant experience. Grossly overcooked chicken... Dry, devoid of juice... but that is the case with 90% of chickens that I've ordered in restaurants over my life. Chefs just have no clue how to cook a chicken.
Always a treat to dine at the Biltmore. However with their pricing, we did expect more. Shrimp were undercooked and the salad order had to be sent back twice. They did however, comp us for it. $17. For a GLASS of their wine!! Wayyy too much.
