Always a great selection. My Americano was perfect
Love Vortex donuts! They are a true treat! And they are vegan! Amazing.
Best vegan donuts I have ever had! Everything else was great as well
The Vortex doughnut is my favorite! Also suggest the Lavender Haze or Lavender Latte.
I got the cream cheese doughnut and it was easily the best doughnut I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was so friendly and my latte was delicious as well!
This place had me hyped! I think they “made daily” donut sign might be fibbing a little.
We went on a Tuesday morning at 730am, and grabbed a chocolate, mango, salted caramel and a cherry with sprinkles.
Only the salted caramel tasted like it was a fresh donut. The chocolate , mango and cherry had to have been made the day before…it was dense, cold and had no life to the dough. I could be wrong….but Hole donuts are still warm and delectable when you get them.
Maybe we will try again this weekend for a filled donut(only do filled donuts on the weekend)
Fun donut shop with very tasty treats!
Good donuts and the guy was extremely nice
We picked up some doughnuts from vortex this weekend and were underwhelmed. We are happy they offer vegan doughnuts and that the majority of their products are vegan. The ones that aren’t vegan are marked. We paid around $3 per doughnut for 6 doughnuts. We picked out a variety to try. You have an option of cake or fried and we got fried. The chocolate doughnuts had a weird texture and were very rubbery and chewy. They also had a darker chocolate so they were a little bitter but not bad. The espresso ones were not quite as rubbery but still a little tough and the espresso was pretty bitter, like eating plain espresso beans. The vortex was decent. It was softer and easier to eat. It had a decent flavor. I doubt we’ll be buying from here again.
Bring back the apple fritter!

We arrived an hour and a half before closing and they ran out of donuts. Terrible management and planning.

We ordered 6 donuts and 2 coffee drinks. The bill was over $62. I tipped $5 (which I thought was sufficient for 6 donuts and 2 coffees) for over $67 and hit no receipt out of habit. I told the cashier that seemed kind of high for 6 donuts and 2 drinks and she responded that there was an upcharge for the apple fritter and an upcharge for oat milk, and that I had left a "small tip." While waiting for our stuff we did the math from the menu and it was obviously at least $30 higher than it should have been. I got in line again, mentioned again that it seemed really high for what we ordered and asked her to send me the receipt and she reiterated the upcharges and the "small tip" and emailed me the receipt. After looking at the receipt, I noticed she charged me for a 1/2 dozen AND an additional $37 for a full dozen. I had to get in line for a 3rd time and tell her this. After finally looking at what she charged me, she apologized nonchalantly and refunded me the $37 like it was a simple task. The fact that I had to tell her 3 times that the charge was significantly high, had to get back in line 2 times, and she didn't check until the 3rd time kind of pissed me off, since she repeatedly wasted my time. And the woman making the coffee right next to her was obviously listening and heard all of the conversations and never spoke up. I sincerely wish I had asked her to also refund the "small tip" I had left because they did not deserve it at all from the service they provided. The donuts were okay, but didn't make up for the bad service and the hassle. Check your receipt BEFORE paying if you visit, because her insistent response makes me wonder how often she's done this before.

Try to come early or close to opening, because they may not have a great selection an hour or two before closing. It was a struggle to fill a baker's dozen between the basic options left and the low quantity of them. Also felt the options available weren't too creative, like chocolate glaze, chocolate glaze with sprinkles, cinnamon sugar, cinnamon sugar with chocolate drizzle. I guess I was expecting more unique flavors. Also the donuts were a little rubbery, not as fresh as I would have liked them to be. Didn't feel like premium donuts for what I felt was a premium price of $32 for 13 donuts. The attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve been coming here for the gluten free donuts for a few years. This morning I ordered a decaf coffee drink to go with them. I didn’t notice on the menu it said 4oz which was the size of a shot glass. That is my fault for not noticing it and it actually made me laugh when it came out. I was going to learn my lesson and drink this tiny drink. However, after trying it the decaf was burnt and gross. Instead of asking her to remake it, I asked for half a cup of steamed milk to combine it with to cancel out the burnt flavor and make it bigger. The barista was rude and told me she’d have to charge me for the milk, which I pushed back on. Eventually she gave me the milk but her anger while making it made me uncomfortable and upset. Most places would offer to make a new drink for you, not fight you over 1/2 cup of steamed milk. Normally, the staff here has been nice so maybe it was an off day but it makes me want to stick to just donuts next time.
