My friend and I were trying to kill some time before dinner reservations and stumbled upon Walls. What a pleasant surprise! There is a really cool self serve wine station with a really great selection, I was so happy to see a brunello so I had to try! Then we walked around the art gallery and enjoyed the beautiful art. We also took a glass of wine outside and enjoyed the nice weather on their beautiful patio. We highly recommend this wine bar!!

Benjamin has done it again. I’ve got so much respect for this guy. Not only are his photos amazing bu now he’s built a wine bar! As an owner of his art having this place in Asheville is great and the fact he always makes time to sit and chat with us makes him just a great guy. If you’re in the area the wine is fantastic the patio is great and the art is amazing!

This was one of our absolute favorite places in Asheville. As a wine lover from NY, this is also one of the most unique wine experiences I've had yet! For anyone who loves art, wine and travel - this is your place. Walk around the beautiful art gallery featuring photography from beautiful destinations while enjoying amazing hand selected wine. Extremely reasonable prices. If you're ready to try something other than your typical bars and breweries, go to Walls! Bonus, the staff were so incredibly friendly and insightful. They were so knowledgeable on the wine, art and the owner Benjamin Walls personally took time to introduce himself. Please don't miss out on this great experience during your time in Asheville! We are huge travelers, and are even thinking about booking an Easy Africa trip with Walls. The photos speak for themselves and the staff is so friendly. Thank you so much!

Our group stumbled in to Benjamin Walls Gallery in downtown Asheville, and I will say wow! The photography is amazing. As we walked around and soaked up the art we were greeted by Sarah, who provided us with the coolest wine experience and information about the photography. We were a party of 10 and it was hard finding a place to go on a Saturday during Covid. We ended up drinking wine outside enjoying the weather and had a blast! Highly recommended!

This isn't a wine bar. It's an art gallery that charges $20+ for a glass of wine. The wait for a glass of wine was at least 15 minutes. We asked to use the restroom on our way out and were scoffed by the woman working the entrance. I do not recommend - if you want a real wine bar go across the street to 5 Walnut.
