If your staff can’t handle a rush of people past 11pm then either hire more people or close your store earlier. Should take a half an hour to go through the drive through. Abysmal service. KEEP THE LINE MOVING.

Pitch black outside, we were met with an inviting window service person that made us laugh, and feel inviting immediately. We had a difficult order at 1 in the morning and they were not only accommodating but very friendly. Fries were trash but burger was on point for Wendy's burger!

They've messed my order up, complete with missing items and everything, at least FIFTEEN times this past year. Like, I'm there more than once a week... Im literally confused as to how you get it wrong so often. I always grew up thinking people actually cared about what they did, but, I guess not as this place has so clearly exemplified.

People aren't really that friendly either. It feels obligatory and uncomfortable, and this is Appalachia so, yea... WEIRD vibe, utterly TERRIBLE delivery of service.

This is by far the best experience that I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was Halloween night, one of the most chaotic nights of the year, and me and my friends walked into this fine establishment, said trick-or-treat, and they proceeded to give me and my 2 other friends a large frosty and a cookie each, while refusing payment. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant 10/10 would highly recommend.

Always always always get my order wrong somehow 😞 and yes if they're out of something they'll just give you something else for the same price but worse like my cheese fries with no cheese sauce or a Dave's single with the wrong patties
