I will never order here again. I’ll order Dave singles and big bacon classics and they gave me junior bacon cheeseburgers with the toppings on them and swore to me that that was what size they are now they were literally as small as a McDonald’s cheeseburger. There’s no way these things are that small. That’s no way a quarter pound of meat it might be a junior bacon cheeseburger size and for them to tell me that that’s what the size is that I’m full of crap I will never eat here again and I wouldn’t recommend you doing it.

Wow, I am genuinely surprised! I have not hit a Wendy’s in 4-6yrs and I have to say I am impressed. The burger was as good if not better than 5guys without the added cost, because 5guys burgers have to be $10😆. The staff were attentive and fast! I don’t think I spent more than 2min from order to driving off. Awesome Job Guys!

Ordered food around 6:30 2-16-2025 Two combos, I had to turn around because my 10pc wasn’t in the bag. I get home and I’m also missing a baked potato. This is so lame. Stop trying to rush me out the window. I got time. I just need my food correct and all in the bag. Got no straws and no napkins.

The food was great based on what you should expect from a Wendy’s, it wasn’t five star luxury but 5 stars for fast food. The employees honestly looked miserable, would’ve been nice to see some sort of smile. There was enough water, see my pictures. You will not be thirsty here. I guess the women’s and men’s restroom signs are only suggestions. The bathroom was actually really big, I have no idea why though. They were clean enough.

I have been enjoying Wendy’s for decades. And this particular Wendy’s is very convenient for me to use. But today was the last time.
The Quality has been going down. It’s just about at the bottom now. It was fast because I was the only car there. But the order was wrong and tasted awful.
Instead of a junior bacon cheeseburger and small fry, they gave me a double bacon cheeseburger and a junior bacon cheeseburger. For both burgers: the buns were somewhat stale, the meat was on the dry side and didn’t have a lot of flavor other than charcoal, the bacon tasted and felt like shoe leather, and the condiments were minimal. I was really hungry, but I ate about two bites of each sandwich to see if one was better than the other, and now they are back in the Wendy’s sack for me to take home to the dogs.
The staff was having a good old time doing their work while telling stories and cussing away and laughing at their stories. Nice to hear people laugh, but I thought it was a bit unprofessional, and obviously they weren’t paying attention to what they were doing.

Very rude. I went there to get a coke. The employee started to literally mock me on the speaker, mocked the way I talked and what I said. We just drove off from the drive through because both my friend and I were furious by the way we were treated. By far the rudest experience I have ever had at a restaurant, and I am not one to complain, ever.
The food is consistently really good! Employees so nice!
Vegetarian options: Salads are custom made and can be meatless! Eggs and biscuits good for breakfast.

For a fast food joint it's ok. ITs clean and looks nice because it's new. Service is bad mostly because it's like 2 people doing everything. And they sure announce that they are understaffed when you order. The owners doesn't seem to have raised wages that much because its constantly understaffed which is crazy because it gets busy. Just pay your employees a good wage!

Was walking by and decided to stop in for a snack. While the drive-thru was open, both doors to get in for counter service were locked. There were a couple employees just hanging around inside. This was mid-afternoon. They lost my business today and in the future. I'd rather go to a place that cares about the customers.
