the workers here are so nice but they’re SO UNDERSTAFFED that it takes forever for your food to get made. it took 30 minutes for me to get my breakfast this morning and i had a mobile order. I got home and part of my order is wrong.

I went to get food with my wife in the evening last Thursday. The service I received was God awful. The manager, I believe her name was Abby or Amy, appeared to be drunk, and it reeked of cannabis when the drive-thru window was open. And then a young African American man started to yell terrible things at the employees, helping him. No wonder they're short staffed if they hire people like them. They said they were short staffed, with a manager and crew member like that, I am not surprised no one wants to work here. I was hoping to have my daughters work here because a nice lady named Paige usually works, but no, not after that mess.

The employees here truly do not know their left hand from their right, the wait times are consistently slow, the employees sit around and talk instead of helping, and then, when you get the wrong items or something is wrong with your items they just either don't understand what you're trying to say or don't do anything, It's honestly kind of pathetic

They were a little backed up tonight with online orders, but they were very quick and friendly.The food was great and the people were professional and efficient. They all need a dollar or two raise. Good people at this location. They work hard and care.

Ordered two burgers without ketchup and both burgers came with all the buns being the bottoms of buns. Pretty gross. Too lazy to heat new buns so they gave me old bottoms as tops because they didn’t have ketchup on them. Now I understand why there’s never any lines when I pass there. Save your time this location is run

This is my local Wendy’s and I go here a lot. I went tonight to pick up some food and was told they were closed even though it was 10 minutes till close when I pulled up. Nobody answered the headset till I waited about 5 minutes and said “hello?” I was then told you were out of product which I obviously don’t believe. This was extremely unprofessional and if you have hours of operation then you need to follow them. Disappointing.
