Such a great experience this evening after being let down multiple times in the past. My Mom and I quit going there for a couple months because the staff made us uncomfortable. They were rude and always seemed to be making fun of something. So this evening I said well Mom let's give it another shot and I was expecting the worst again and this bright voice on the other end of the speaker just changed all experiences we have had there. She was so outgoing and polite and when we got up to the window she told us she had come from the Biltmore Wendy's and some of the other employees had been replaced. What a relief and positive vibe this lady brought to this location. I didn't get her name and the gentleman there with her was as well. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience this evening ❤️

Do you love the same Wendy’s food, but at a third the speed or slower? Must be severely short staffed - 5 cars in line, took *literally* 28 minutes to order and another 6 to get the food, no clue why I stuck around. Shoulda driven next door to Zaxby’s instead, they take less than 5 minutes in-and-out. Really poor operations when a FAST food restaurant takes longer than ordering takeout at any other restaurant in the entire city. Ugh.

Waited only 20 minutes in the drive through just to try the new thin mints frosty , the employee was very hard to hear but said only vanilla we said ok we received a melted milk shake it was super thin .. I asked for a spoon and napkins . He talked and acted like he had just woken from a nap or needs one .We were so disappointed . Especially as hard as times are right now . We couldn't even eat it .

Went for dinner last night, got 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers, 2 baconator fries, and a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Everything was ice cold. No heat, no flavor, old, stale, nasty ass food. Gave my husband and I food poisoning, luckily our 6 year old didn’t get sick. Do not eat at this place. Going out for a bite to eat used to be nice, and worthwhile. Not anymore. You have to worry about being poisoned and possibly hospitalized because you’re being served unsafe food by lazy, rude, careless employees. Will not be going back to this Wendy’s.

This has to be the worst Wendy's ever. The staff is rude . They act as the customer is interrupting. They don't look you in the eye. Obviously the staff doesn't give a damn about their job.
2025 Jan 9 Today, while out and about doing chores, my stomach spoke to me, "I'm hungry!" This Wendy's was nearby, so that was my choice to satisfy my hunger pain!
Wendy's didn't disappoint! I decided to dine in instead of using their drive through. At the ordering station, there were several in front of me, but the order taker was efficient and the line moved quickly.
I ordered the #1 which is a hamburger, fries and a drink. Like the order taker, the kitchen was efficient. My order was ready just moments after filling my cup at their new style Coca-Cola machine.
I chose a table near a window and enjoyed my meal. My stomach must have also, since it got quiet and never uttered another word.🤠

I got food poisoning bc my burger was undercooked it tasted bloody I thought it was normal bc some places ask you how you want your burger cooked so I thought it was fine but it was not but the staff were nice so I don't have anything against them I'm just mad that I got food poisoning

Used to be great… last 6 months I can’t get out of there without a hard stale bun… if the bun is hard don’t serve it… figure out how you’re storing the bread/ordering. Fries are always hot & fresh though!
