Came in at 10:20 we ordered breakfast and she told us to wait for like 8 minutes she then had someone come out and change the menu and then told us they don’t have breakfast anymore we asked what time they stopped serving breakfast and she said 10:30. To top it all off her attitude was disgusting. We left and won’t be back to this store.

Wendys on Hendersonville road served my Gf a HOT cup of chili, UPSIDE DOWN, with the lid loosely affixed, the chili ate through the bottom of the bag, so when she picked up the bag the HOT chili dumped on her and throughout the car. She is going to urgent care to get recorded evidence of the burns, and as per the woman i just spoke to our only recourse is small claims court. I called and tried to get compensation for the cleaning of the car and your extremely thin skinned administrative assistant terminated the call. If you're going to have woefully under compensated, incompetent people dispensing hot liquid food into cars, you should probably get a thicker skinned individual answering the phones.....see you in small claims court, now what is the farthest venue from Boone i can file in?

We live a few mins down the road and goto your location all the time, tonight 12/3/25 me and my wife got wendys drive thru at about 8pm and it was fairly busy. I order the JBC meal deal and got a bacon double stack meal deal, after paying we were asked to pull up and wait and they'll bring it out. 5 mins later food comes out, and I have to say! It was the WORST food ive ever been given at a wendys, the fries were about refrigerator cold, the burgers were sloppy and missing lettuce with rock hard buns and were also cold as Elsa heart! I dont think we'll be going back, I'll start going to burger king or sonic or the dreded McDonald's. Really sad when they get paid well over minimum wage and push the crappy quality out of their kitchen! If you're thinking about going to wendys off hendersonville rd by the movie theater, DONT! go somewhere else, the leftovers in the dumpster next door behind zaxbys would taste better!

I went through the drive-thru. I asked for Dave's single with light onion, extra cheese only. I got the regular burger with all the things. That would have been tolerable had the person at the window had presented herself professionally and used good manners. I didn't complain at all because I didn't know the burger was wrong until I drove away, but good manners and a smile cost nothing. My issue wasn't the wrong order so much as the poor attitude of the worker.

My family went through the drive thru for lunch today around 1:30 pm. The food was amazing. Everything was cooked fresh and the strawberry lemonade was also delicious. Better than usual. The staff was also very friendly and I just wanted to share this.

25 bucks and was missing my fries, milkshake was watery, and the burgers were cold by the time I got home due to being barley wrapped.
With that said, the individual working clearly was busting their butts trying to get the line moving. I don’t see it as a worker quality issue, rather they looked pretty understaffed. There were 7 cars in front of me and the one individual I watched was clearly going at maximum pace.
I don’t frequent this Wendy’s too much, but I hope it’s the outlier not the norm for the sake of the employees.
