Weird to leave a review for fast food, right? However, I do have to thank the people that work on the evening shift. I tend to love an off menu item that used to be on the menu. So not many new Wendy employees know about it, however, this one does! There was one gentleman who is newer and wanted to make sure he did it right and took the initiative (and I’m sure curiosity) to ask what it is so that I could have made correctly. The team has been patient with me as I order it and they make it fresh. Trust me, I wanted to have this indulgence (every so often) and it was delicious! Thanks for taking the time to help me out :)

If I could give 0 stars I would! This Wendy’s isn’t worth a penny spent! The manager didn’t know how to do anything. They got our order wrong and we were even in the restaurant! Please do better. Smh

Ok so I really more so have a question . The customer service was awesome she was really nice and sweet. So I went there for breakfast and got the number 2 and order of French toast sticks. First off the egg on my sandwich was over cooked and I got this very weird chalky taste in my mouth after eating one of the French toast. I was really concerned about my health is the issue.

Every time I come to this Wendys I ask for NO CHEESE and I get cheese. I'm getting a little tired of this. You need to get people who know how to read. And then I ask for nuggets and I get spicy nuggets. What is wrong with you all. Your sign says new management maybe the new management needs new

Placed the following mobile order for my wife and I:Asiago chicken sandwich combo w/large fry and “tropical” flavored freestyle cokeBacon double stack6 piece spicy nuggetsAnother “tropical” cokeArrived @ 2:50pm. As one of the reviews previously stated, they were taking one order at a time and making others wait at the speaker for an ungodly amount of time while servicing the window before allowing them to place an order. I watched 3 cars in line leave as they were over the wait. After 30 minutes, I made it to the speaker (was 4th in line when I got there) and announced that I had a mobile order, gave them my name, and then drove to the window. I was immediately told that they do not have this “tropical” flavor (gotta love misleading apps) and had to settle with a plain coke which, didn’t bother me, but we were both disappointed regardless. Another 5 minutes passes and I get my bag and I pull up. I checked the bag and did not have my large fry, the bacon double stack was a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger instead, and my Asiago chicken club didn’t have any bacon on it AND I realized I didn’t have any straws. So, I pulled into a parking spot and attempted to go inside to resolve the issue. I was highly displeased when I discovered that the lobby was locked and the line had reformed around the building. I had ZERO intention of waiting an additional 30 minutes for non-existent service so, I ate the costs and left. As others have stated, just go next door to Zaxby’s. At least you’ll get food.

This store is awful and a 1 star is the least I could give is even why I gave that! I came through the drive thru last night and I was so embarrassed to hear music playing like I was at the clubs. The sign say new management and I figured it would be something good but perhaps it was a nightmare. To top everything off me and my wife waited 30 minutes to receive our dinner. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the homeless to eat!

Needs better management. Waited at the speaker to request a mobile order. He laptop telling me to wait. Picked up order at window that was already paid for yet they asked me for money. Drove down the road and found no salad dressing, forcing me to turn around and drive back. Pecan, apple, cranberry salad was very skimpy on chicken for $7.99. Zaxby’s is right next door and salads and service are consistently good. Wendy’s needs better training and more staff.

I understand people are short staffed but you should really let people know that it's going to be a 20 minute wait before you take an order for a plain sausage biscuit and accepting money making it where you have no choice but to wait. And still managed to get the order wrong.

I have noticed increasingly worse and worse service at every Wendy's in Asheville. This location happens to be my most recent and my last. I arrived with 4 other customers. There were 5 staff members behind the counter yet most were NOT wearing gloves while handling food. The service was so terrible that I had to manage the orders and made sure that people got the food they had already paid for. My dad asked for a Dave single without onions but it still had onions on. I have hat too many problems from any of the Wendy's in and around the Asheville area, I would assume the problem is far larger than just a few delinquent cooks or front of house staff. I am disappointed and I hope you do better for other customers.

A coworker and I went there to pick up ours and four other orders. We first walked in and it took a few minutes to talk to us. Then when we told them we had 6 different orders and the cashier said that they couldn't do that. And then after we said it would be the same as if six different customers were here. She then proceeds to yell welp guys I tried making them put it on one order but they wouldn't so yall will get backed up. And her attitude was completely rude and by the fourth order I had it. So I said that will be our last order. It was very unprofessional and rude. Then we get all of our drinks made, waiting for the food. They hasn't even started yet. Finally get it together and I said we are missing an order. Then they have to find the receipt., finally found it. They proceed to make it and I hear the manager say here's the single. And I asked the cashier if this was a double. And she said yes. Well I opened the sandwich right up and it was a single. I said no I ordered a double, well it's in one of the bags. So I proceed to check all bags and not a double in the bag. I said I need that double, it's not in the bag and I payed for it. Then they finally start making it. The service was co.pletly u professional and just right upsetting. I will never eat there again, the food didn't taste too good and the food was cold. The service was extremely slow and the cleaners of the store was in bad shape. I would be ashamed to work there. The sign says new management but that doesn't change a bit. Because even the Manager refused to kae the sandwich bc he was busy with other orders. Hope they get their act in gear and find more suitable workers.

"Under New Management" is failing. First told we couldn't place 6 separate orders! What! "If there were 6 of us standing here, you would do it!" Then we were told they were short-handed...with 5 of them working the front....and we were the only ones standing there. Finally took the orders, and we waited 15 minutes for them to mess-it-up! FROSTY machine was down!! I've NEVER seen such a circus! We finally left with 4 of the orders. Don't bother going there.You won't be happy!
