Stopped in for lunch several times and really enjoyed it both times. I would recommend the French dip it was really tasty. Also stopped in for a beer on several occasions. Pretty good beer selection. Tried one of their in house beers and it was good. They have a smoking area out back and a couple pool tables. All staff we have interacted with have been great. Can't believe I lived here all my life and only recently tried for the first time

Good atmosphere. I'm sure the food is good, but we didn't get any service at all. Came in about 10:30 the night before ST Patrick's day, and even checked to make sure they were open and had a late night menu. We went in and seated ourselves as the sign said. Then we waited. And waited about 20 minutes. Got a few passing glances from the staff. A guy with a short beard and girl with a lotta tattoos. 4 folks at a table didn't get so much as a hello. The place smelled fantastic when we walked to the arcade an hour or two before hand ☹️

Really annoying that there are not prices for alcoholic beverages anywhere on the menu or the drink board. Please list prices and allow your customers to make informed decisions based on their own economic positions. Sure you can ask for prices but often times people find this embarrassing if they are in that position. Change this and I will change my rating. Otherwise not a bad place with a large cross section of different kinds of people, kind of like the ymca of bars...nice back patio

Fun local pub, especially on a gorgeous day with the windows open. Decent selection of local beer. The fried pickles were hands down worth the visit by themselves.

Dan and Riddle were amazing bar tenders. They were very welcoming and the food and beers were awesome.

We went to play pool and as we walked in 1 the the host was rude stating that pool tables were for paying customers. We were appropriately dressed for being at a bar n grill mid afternoon. We informed him we were planning to have a few drinks n appetizers. Then I ordered drinks for us while my man was racking the balls. He comes to bar n stated balls were missing. The bartender then informed us an Id was needed for cue ball kind of snotty like. I was ready to leave at that point. He gave his tho n we went on to play. The tables were horrible the pockets were ducked taped the sticks were warped . We were on a date so we didn't let it bother us. And then went up to the bar to proceed to order some food and pay for it at the time with a 50 dollar bill they had a slight tear on it and it was Taped she would not accept it even though it wasn't torn half. At that point we had had enough and left and left unfortunately he left his ID behind when we returned two days later they accused us of sticking them on a table I want food that was never ordered because she would not accept our money and she made us pay for it in order for him to get his ID back he was very courteous he was very respectful and these people were rude AF if you're looking for a good time I don't suggest you go there.

Gotta love this place. The people are amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for some fun. I come here sober and it's still a great place to be.

Our large group of about 20+ folks in town from all over the country went to the Westville Pub on Sunday night. We had an awesome time! Erica was a fabulous bartender and her service and smile was A++++ She was a real breath of fresh air in a world that seems to be lacking in bartending & social skills. Could not have been more pleased. She made our time in Asheville so much more memorable :) We also would like to add that she’s the best lemon drop maker in the USA! Went to the Westville Pub this past Sunday evening after exhibiting all weekend at the National Arts & Crafts Conference at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville. We had 26 hungry and thirsty people that were all completly taken care of by the amazing Erica. She took all the food orders, bartended and severed us at a very high level all by herself. Erica's attention to detail and overall cheerfull attitude was very welcoming after a long weekend of hard work. Erica is a treasure...!

Came in on a Tuesday night and the bartender Riddle was absolutely amazing! She was the only bartender and girl was doing her thing! She kept it cool and collected and did a great job maintaining the bar and everyone’s needs. I Will absolutely be back, thanks for the great service :)
