Visited Whits while staying in town from Charlotte. The frozen custard was delicious we came back 2 nights in a row. Toppings were a wonderful touch too! There was quite a line but it moved very quickly. Will definitely be back again.

Tonight me and my husband arrived at 9pm. They are open until 9:30pm. When my husband went in, he heard the female employee say, 'I swear if one more person comes in, I'm leaving.' My husband just ignored the rude comment and gave the other employee our order. I wanted a whitzer with almonds and chocolate. This same female employee then began to complain they were out of almonds at the front and she didn't want to go get more. Her coworker said 'just go get a new bag?' It was not a good customer service experience. Made us feel like a bother. The frozen custard is so delicious. We will continue to visit. We understand people have bad days...but they definitely need to evaluate their expectations on customer service. If you are going to make rude comments, at least be a little more quiet about it...

Best Frozen Custard! We go here everytime we are on this side of town.

Limited selection of flavors but all were good. Typical cones and cups. Also to go pints along with ice cream cookie sandwiches and ice cream pies.

First time at this location, and the service was outstanding. Abi and Jay were very courteous and made for a great experience. Definitely will be back.

If you have a nut or chocolate allergy, or if you're like me and can't have either, stay away. Even when we asked if they ever have anything without it, they answered no...... according to another store, that's not how it should be.

Closed at 8:30 PM on a sunday, website and sign on door say closing time is 9:00 PM. Had to go to DQ instead. North Asheville Whits hasn't let me down like this.
