Dear Wingstop Management,

I have never felt the need to write a review for anywhere before but urgently needed to bring to your attention a deeply concerning experience my sister and I had at your store on 12/29/25 at 2:00pm As a repeat customer, I have always appreciated y'all's service as it’s usually quite above and beyond, but this visit was unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

During our visit, the employee who assisted us was not only inattentive and unprofessional, wearing an AirPod and extremely distracted by his phone even when I was attempting to talk to him, but he also proceeded to humiliate me over a simple ordering term. When I said “8-pack of wings,” he corrected me loudly and mockingly multiple times, making a scene in front of other customers and staff. After correcting my wording, the employee made a sarcastic comment about not being “dyslexic.” As someone who actually is dyslexic, this was incredibly hurtful and embarrassing. What should have been a simple food order turned into a moment where I felt mocked and ashamed.

What made this even worse was that after we placed our order, I could overhear the employee speaking into his phone and continuing to mock me while we were still present in the store. This demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and awareness, and made it clear that the behavior was intentional, and not a misunderstanding or accident.

This behavior is completely out of line for any customer service environment. I strongly believe this employee needs to be spoken to immediately to ensure that no other customer is treated with this kind of disrespect in the future.This behavior should not be the face of your business. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the situation appropriately.

I always have gone here and the food was awesome. The other day we were all sick and I had been at the hospital all day so I ordered the 20 wing meal. Tell me why my wings were completely soggy and extremely salty. The fries tasted like soap and my veggies were drenched in water. Unfortunately I ordered DoorDash and couldn’t do anything but lord how horrible. No one wants to get trash for food. Do better.

The server Emily is the absolute sweetest!! She needs a raise or some kind of promotion for how well she handles customers and rushes while being the nicest to everyone. I wouldn’t have tried wingstop before the great service during a doordash!

Tonight, I ordered takeout, and the young white girl at the front desk was being complained to by many difficult customers. Yet she kept smiling the whole time. As a server myself, I really felt for her. In the end, I went back to my car, took out five dollars, and handed it to her—I just wanted to give her some encouragement. Although I don’t know her name, I really wish I could find out who she is!

This is the friendliest restaurant I have been to in a long time. Cameron was my cashier and he was excellent, but the whole staff was kind and outgoing. The food was really delicious too. I cannot wait to go back.

While im a 'repeat offender' I do NOT recommend this wing stop. I lived in nashville and went to the charlotte wingstop probably once a week. Loved it.
Moved to fletcher NC and was dissapointed with the 3 times I've been here. Its a 30 minute drive each way, and while they may improve, I won't bother to find out.
The last order of 15 bone in classic I swear half the wings were broken. Not the worst thing, and doesn't change the flavor much, but when the meat is filled with blood and broken bones it makes you wonder what they do with the chicken before they cook it. Sauce was scarce, and some of the wings barely had any!
