Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

I don’t do reviews but this was a must. I was so excited to eat from wingstop and was HIGHLY disappointed. There was a cooked ROACH in my fries. There were other issues with my order such as a bone in wing when I asked for all boneless and some of the fries were cut like steak fries, but I can live with that. What I CANNOT do is a roach! And it was laying right on top of my fries so I’m not sure how it was missed when whoever was packing my food. Regardless, this place clearly has roach activity so I wouldn’t recommend.

Relaxed atmosphere.. friendly yet tentative staff.. some wings were fresh and some seemed reheated.. nothing worse than reheated wings.. only one Bleu cheese cup with 20 wings.. no need to repeat at Wingstop with BWW is a couple blocks away.. disappointing first time at

Placed a large order several hours in advance for a birthday party. It took an additional 25-30 minutes after the pickup time. When I complained the manager said they would make us a new order and then when we came to pick it up they told us the best they could do was 25% off. Things should not be promised if your not going to stand by it. Cannot recommend. Business should be done with integrity.

This had to be one of the most unorganized kitchens I have ever seen. I ordered my food over an hour in advance and then had to wait 25 minutes in the lobby for it to be ready. I had to inquire with him multiple times about when my food would be done. They acted like they didn't even know what I had ordered. Then spoke about how I had made a large order. I then heard The staff discussing how our order containing one fry is the whole reason that it was thrown off and took so long. I watched at least five other people have the food that they had ordered in advance delivered immediately. Having to wait 25 minutes after ordering an hour in advance is absolutely ridiculous. The food itself was ok. It was a lot more expensive than better places nearby. 0/10 do not recommend.

Submitted an order online at 12:45 which said ready for pickup in 18 minutes. I got an email at 1:06 order was completed. Sat inside until 1:39 and was continuously told it was due to “cook times because food is made fresh”. But yet watched two families walk in, order, and get their massive orders quickly. I guess boneless nuggets take an hour to make? No apology for the wait. Even had someone said “hey we are sorry- your order got lost somehow but we are putting yours first next” anything would be better than the lie of blaming a “cook” time. It doesn’t take an hour to make boneless wings.
