Very enjoyable experience! Great views!
Nice menu options for an affordable breakfast. It would be nice if they were actually available. No bagels, and they don't even make the breakfast sandwiches anymore. They just leave it on the menu as a ghostly reminder of their once adequate cafe come to pass.
We were not eating there. Walked by while an older couple were asking about something and the chick said "sorry busy". While she was scraping the chairs and smoking a cigarette she kept spitting beside the tables. Not a good face for the company! Oct 27th 2019
Stopped by for caffeine while waiting for another shop down the street to open. Had a lavender chai latte omg it was divine ðŸ˜âœ¨ðŸ’– my only regret was not getting the largest size lol. Perfectly sweet with the right amount of heat to sip it even in the hot sun. The inside is gorgeous too ðŸ˜. I forgot I've been in here before but I forgot all the beautiful hand carved wooden items and other beautiful decor 💗 I was disappointed with the pastries, I was open to a sweet treat but no cupcakes or cake slices 😕 still 5 stars for the drinks and decor, I'll definitely be back!
This is a great place to enjoy a drink and a nice sunset. My wife friends and I had some great drinks with great service
I hear Skybar is closing. No great loss as far as I am concerned. As a non-smoker, it was impossible to avoid the clouds of cigatette smoke eminating from others who feel that second hand smoke is irrelevant in an outside venue.
Excellent coffee and the boss lady Allessa is super kind and friendly. She is amazing and gorgeous and I love her sooo much! :)
Fun happy place. A joy to share with funky friends
Absolutely gorgeous place, one of my favorite bars in Asheville! Every employee is amazing and the drinks are awesome
First off, the old style elevator attendant to skybar is a great charm! She was energetic and friendly. Sadly the service from our bartender with blonde/pink hair got my drink wrong and made me super uncomfortable!!! I was waiting for the girls bathroom and I heard them flush and then sounds of snorting a few times (like drugs ) After some rustling comes out our bartender!! She has white on her nose n wiped it away!! There was white powder on the toilet when I got in .. All I have to say is WOW 😮 . Please be aware n hopefully have a staff with better service !

A long time ago when I was first getting into coffee, one of the baristas suggested I try a honey latte. It's good hot or iced, but I tend to get it iced. It was the best recommendation and it's my go to drink at this place. This is my personal favorite local coffee shop in Asheville.
Delicious drinks and gorgeous views!! Tad bit pricey and no shade on a hot day if you're on the balconies. They do have an indoor lounge area though (limited seating in there)! Awesome service!
I have only visited the SkyBar twice, but both have been enjoyable experiences. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I enjoy going up in sort of an old-timey elevator. It's definitely unique. There is an excellent view of the mountains. The only potential issue is that there aren't many tables due to a limited space on each level, so if it's crowded you may end up having to stand or waiting for a table to open up. Each time I went we were lucky to find a table right away.
Didn't even get to try their coffee... I stood at the counter while 2 employees discussed their schedule and who could take whose shift, ignoring that they had a customer. Eventually I just walked out with no coffee in hand. Ended up at Trade and Love, which was awesome ambiance and coffee.
Ordered the cafe aulait. I'm not a big coffee person, but I enjoyed it. The menu was very helpful in that it visually broke down the milk/coffee/espresso makeup of each drink.
