Wanted to love this, and had been looking forward to going for awhile. The employee was very kind and helpful… but unfortunately the flavors of the froyo were really strange - very watered down/diluted, or almost artificial. It almost felt like it was trying to be a low calorie icy knock off of froyo.Topping selection was okay but not impressive. We totally understand that it’s not their busy summer season but everything felt really lackluster in general. After a couple bites we tossed it and went home to eat Ben and Jerry’s :( probably won’t be coming back here unless something changes significantly with the flavor of the yogurt.

Not our favorite place while we were in Asheville. The staff was lovely, but the options were lacking and we found much tastier fro-yo / ice cream not far away. It was a one-and-done for us. The location itself does have some outdoor seating, but it is next to the four lane road and the parking lot. Indoors was spacious and they do offer tap to pay (which was helpful for me when I realized I only had my phone and no wallet!)

Great froyo shop conveniently located on a quiet part of merrimon. The guy who usually works the counter is super friendly and really makes customers feel welcome. Happy to see they have the tart flavor, which is my favorite. Nice outdoor seating as well.

We took a trolley tour today and they pointed this place out. We thought it would be a good place to stop for a snack. The yogurt itself was good. The area by the toppings were a little dirty with toppings on the counter. We got our yogurt and sat outside. A few tables were dirty, but inside were 2 workers who were sitting on chairs behind the counter kind of hanging out. It was good enough but we have been to much better yogurt shops.

Omg. I never knew a frozen yogurt place could disappoint me so badly, yet here we are.The whole family was craving frozen yogurt, so we decided to drive across town to try Yolo off Merrimon Ave. The frozen yogurt was terrible! I had a mix of chocolate and caramel, one was bitter and the other was sour. The topping selection was abysmal. Between the gross froyo and scarce toppings, the desert was so appalling that I couldn't even finish my bowl.Price wise, it was comparable to other dessert establishments. Staff wise, there were two young employees working, and both were professional and courteous. The ambiance wa quiet and clean for the most part. Seating waa scarce; only a couple tables both inside and out. Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith recommend this business. It was just too disgusting. And a waste of money for sweets we wound up tossing. Will not be back; our money is better spent elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.
Took the kids today and it was delish of course, but George behind the counter was consistently going above and beyond for all of the customers…and most especially my 4 year old daughter who thought he was the funniest guy she’d ever seen. Wonderful experience!

Half the yogurt machines were empty, and the yogurt that was dispensed had an extremely watery consistency- I second the reviews guessing that the yogurt might be cut.Small selection of toppings, barely visible under the opaque sanitary cover on them. The space was pretty lackluster- I'm used to froyo/ice cream shops being more colorful and brightly lit, but this was not. Just felt very drab.Edit to owner: talking about the decor not the yogurt color

Service was lagging. Notified that certain flavors were not there and was given a nod. Nothing more. One of the most major topping was overlooked and not available. Place was clean and the ambiance was nice.

Fun place to take my kids for frozen yogurt. They usually have lots of flavor options and then a buffet of toppings. You pay by weight so it's easy for each cup to cost $10 or more as my kids try to load up. Place is clean and staff is nice.
