Lately everything has been on point with Zaxbys!

The food is delicious, fresh and full of flavor, and the service has completely leveled up. A big part of that is thanks to a young man named Kenyon. He was incredibly impressive — respectful, friendly, and smiling the whole time. His positive attitude and excellent service made our visit genuinely enjoyable.

Whatever he’s doing, it’s working! We’ll definitely be coming back.

I used to enjoy my zaxbys salad but apparently they have issues getting fresh lettuce from there supplier it been like this nearly everytime I go .I even overheard a lady in front of me in the drive thru wanting a refund for the same issue, so im likely not to eat there again. This apparently is a issue at multiple store locations.

Friend and I ordered salads at 1 pm on Wednesday. Waited 40 minutes Dining room only had 5 other customers who all seemed to be waiting. After almost cancelling our order the employee took the salads out of fridge and handed them to us. Very poor customer service

Nasty food, kinda expensive for fast food. Feel sick after eating; tried 5 “dry rub” wings and they are literally served in a pool of oil. Should have taken a photo; Bleugh. Had the salad once too and the only good thing was the eggroll, a sad 20 dollars wasted on warmed up lettuce. Nice try, wanted to like it but… literally feel sick now from all that oil!!

Waited 15 minutes r drive through order even while being the only car in thrbline. They made me pull forward as 5 cars got their order. The girl at the window was rude and my food was wrong

First time trying a Zaxby's and it will likely be the last. Super rude service, my chicken was rubbery. I had to cover it in sauce for it to be edible.
Their drink machine must've been broken, every drink I tried was 90% watered down. Maybe this is their attempt to cut costs?

Got the Asian salad and alot of my lettuce was black and slimy.. i couldn't even eat it and they are not cheap..most likely will not be back for salads 😔 and they are my favorite
