Have dinner here once a week with my family and usually everything is very good. Today we decided to go through the drive through and very disappointed when we got home. Spent $50 and traditional wings were cold. Sandwiches were soggy.

I had the most horrible experience with a server over a salad. I told them I was Gluten Free so no croutons or bread. I got my salad and it had Texas Toast on it. I took it back and told them I couldn't eat it. The server actually slung the container back. I told him he only took the bread off and it would cross containmentate me. Both my daughters tried to explain but the staff was so rude it humiliated me. I asked for my money back but the manager wanted to have a new salad made for me. Being gluten free is like having an allergy. If I had eaten the salad I would have swollen up, a bloated belly, burning, itching and had joint pain for days or a week. The staff should listen to customers calmly and not sling food around.

Though I was told that there would be a 7 minute wait on the food because it was close to closing time and they would have to make it fresh, my food was less than freshly made. They were right about the wait, though.Not thrilled with this Zaxby's experience. If you're going to make people wait that long, don't give them tepid fries and overcooked toast..

I got the chicken tender plate and fries, the food was very good. However, I went to dinner with my gluten allergic mother and an incident occured when getting her food.She ordered the house salad and specified do not put any bread on it, but it came with two slices on top. She asked the cook to remake it but they simply removed the bread and gave it back.She said this would not work as the salad was contaminated and would've made her sick, but the cook said it wasn't contaminated. When she repeared it would have to be remade to be safe, he got mad and chucked the salad down on the kitchen window before proceeding to yell at her (literally raising his voice) and saying this is ridiculous.Two female cashiers working up front offered to remake the salad after the male employee's outburst, though, so major props to them.I wish I would've gotten the names of the employees but that wasn't a priority in the midist of the chaos. Very unprofessional.
Zaxby's food was delicious, with such a range of delicious sauces. Got the wings n' things with hot honey mustard. Great service by the employees.

Overall disappointed with my last several experiences here. Orders are often incomplete, and the level of excellence I'm accustomed to from Zaxby's food quality feels greatly diminished while the menu continues to get pricier?@? $15+ for a 6pc strip meal that I can get at a sit down restaurant for not much more.

This is the first time in a long time I have been at a Zaxby's. The cashier was not even professional or considerate. I ask for a meal with came with fries and a drink. I ask could I get some white cheddar bits instead of fries. He said NO! We can not do that. We don't substitute anything. I told him never tell a customer NO. There is always away. He could have said sir we have a no substitute policy, but I can order it separately for you. I just order the meal the way it came. I went to use the bathroom and it was not maintained and dirty. I went to get my meal and the meal looked poorly, not even close the the menu picture. I went the table an the fries were cold and the chicken slides looked like very small pieces of chicken that bearly filled the bun. I am not going back.
